Broken laughed at the little bitty flame, she smirked then "Whoosh" Flames lead the way, she looks up at the girl, the girl seem to be ok with fire the fire surrounded them on a long path nothing would hurt them at all, She knew the wolf was still following them she could tell, that wolf wanted something, Broken still felt uneasy but aleast they were protected by a wall of fire,
Broken saw what she was looking for it was so close she ran a little distance, She found it! finally! she ran up to a cave but it had a door, Broken got the door to open and ran in it used to be her home, She yiped happily, she ran into her old room and got a book,
Broken came out she held a book she sat it on the table it was a old table broken ran back into her old room, Broken came out wearing a dress and she was in human form she lock the door, it was a old dress it had holes and patches, she loved it very much though she sat down on a chair,
Broken spoke a few words but they are hard to understand, "my..... dad....was..a....wolf......and.....my.....mother...was.....a..human........" Broken looked up at the girl to see if she understood..... She look back down at the book turning pages left and right alot of times she spoke again, "my.......mother.....died......when....i...was......little....I....was.....raised.....by...my...father....I....was...raised...in....the...woods....I...can...be....wolf....or....human Broken look at the girl again, she wanted to see if she understood

Leaf heard the others start to veer off and he followed quickly but quietly. He had caught sight of them and saw that they entered a cave... With a door.
Leaf slipped to the door after they closed it. Various thumps and rustling could be heard. He scuffed his paws a bit and pressed his ear to the door. It was obvious that someone was talking, but the words were uncertain and unclear so Leaf couldn't understand.
Leaf quickly changed back into a human boy and attempted to open the door. However, upon the attempt he realized it was lock. And this is where my trusty lockpick comes into play. He grinned as he thought to himself. A pick was quickly produced from behind his ear and he was working away at the lock. Soon, a click was heard and the door was unlocked. Slowly, Leaf nudged the door open and peered inside, seeing not one, but two girls and the winged wolf was no where to be seen.

Shae walked along the lit path and followed the wolf to a cave. She became wary at first, but followed the wolf inside. To her surprise, it looked like a home. From the beginning she knew the wolf could shift; she did so in the beginning. Yet as she watched the wolf change into a human, there remained some traits within her that were . . . off from the human word.
But the surprises didn't end there. The phoenix shifter had difficulty making the words out, but she got the gist of it. "So you're more wolf than girl," she responded naturally. "That makes sense." She smiled politely although turned to hear something at the door. Well, of course it was too late, the door stood ajar.
Frowning to herself, Shae stalked over to the door and jerked it open. "Well I didn't think you'd follow us all the way here." There was a sense of distrust around this boy.

Leaf saw the girl with brightly colored robes stand infront of him. She seemed a bit ticked off at his presence and her words clearly brimmed with distrust and animosity. Leaf sat with a sheepish grim for a sec, but then wiped it off his face only to replace it with a scowl. "So what? You caught me! Yay! You want a medal or something?" Leaf said, his voice laced with mockery.
"I didn't even do anything yet! What's wrong with just following you here?" He snorted. Leaf made no intention of escaping yet. They had no reason to attack him unless he was recognized. Whatever. Maybe asking would help. "Listen. All I want is a couple of those Phoenix feathers you've got there. Just let me have few and I'll be on my way and it'll be the last freaking time we would have to see each other." Leaf reasoned. It wouldn't be worth it to get into deeper trouble for more. Leaf was going to minimize his want. Just the feathers.

Broken saw the girl open the door, She couldn't just change back, she retreated to her room and then she was wolf once more, she ran at the door knocked the boy down she was growling, He smelt of wolf though Broken was confused, Broken Bared her teeth showing she wouldn't back down to the boy,
Broken narrowed her eyes she had the boy pinned, she look back at the girl then to the boy she snarled, she bit his arm leaving teeth marks and a scar for life, Broken was about to lung at the boys neck but staped off of him and growled while baring her teeth, she shoved the boy away then closed the door...

Leaf whimpered a bit as he was thrown out the door. He rubbed his arm where the wolf had bit him. "What's its problem?" He pouted. "And where the heck did it come from? I'm sure I didn't see it when I opened the door." Leaf gathered himself up and knocked on the door. "Hey! What the hell is your problem? Do you just throw people out like that?"
He stepped back a lightly kicked the door a bit. What if that other girl he saw was the winged wolf? Leaf snickered at his own thought. How preposterous! But then again... It was always a possibility. There are people like himself who could transform but that other wolf seemed to be unable to speak. Leaf fussed with his hair a bit. This was too confusing.

The mockery made her laugh. He was a bit defensive now, wasn't he? "I'd consider a medal," she responded. But, he unfortunately had some point. She shrugged carelessly and looked back at the girl. Why the girl brought her here, Shae didn't quite know other than to tell a secret.
"The feathers?" she looked back at her arrows and looked back at him. Was he crazy? "There's no way I'm giving you these feathers. They're mine." It wasn't every day that a phoenix lost a feather. Shae never enjoyed doing favors for people, especially when she didn't get anything out of it. "And what would I gain by giving you a couple of feathers?" Maybe if the offer was right she'd accept, otherwise . . .
She didn't have time to think of an otherwise. Violence was the ultimate thing Shae never resorted to until absolutely forced. She hated violence. Her expression tightened and she sprinted toward the two. "What are you doing?!" she asked the wolf-girl. "There was no need to attack him." But to see the wolf take a bite out of his arm like that. . .
Shae nocked an arrow and pointed it at both of them. "Stop." Her voice sounded commanding, but it was only a front of course. She watched the girl go back into the small house. Everything happened so fast, Shae didn't know what to think. "What was that all about?" Not that she trusted the boy either; she was beginning to trust herself only.

Leaf was just ticked off now. "Whatever. I think I'll just take my leave now." He transformed on a spot a began to run only to collapse on his foreleg. "Curse that wolf." He muttered. The blood from the wound seeped over his fur and onto the ground. It was almost impossible to put pressure on that leg. Leaf twitched his ear, irritated, and transformed back.
He cast a skeptical glance at the girl, still standing there with an arrow nocked. "What? Are you going to shoot me?" Leaf said sarcastically. "I mean, it is your perfect chance to catch a damned criminal on the run." He sat down on the ground, wincing a bit a he put his arm down gingerly. "The name's Lefor, but I'm known as Leaf nowadays. You probably would have found out sooner or later." He sighed. "I can't run and getting out of this cursed place is going to be a pain."
