Roxiri's eyes flickered to the darkness that surrounded the the cell. She could make out the bars of other cells and other forms, though no exact details could be seen. Her head pounded as she heard two people call out to each other and something hurt in her chest. She coughed lightly as her cellmate said the reason he had been laughing. Absently nodding, she turned her eyes back to the male in front of her. What was his story? In fact, what were everyone's stories?
"My name is Roxiri but you can call me Rox or Roxi if you want...seeing as we're stuck here for now." The shapeshifter said, shifting her animal-like position into a more comfortable way of sitting. One of her hands were playing with the strange ringlet of metal on her ankle, carefully pulling on it slight as if she could break it. Roxiri was starting to wonder about necessary things. Where was the toilet anyway? And where was food and water?
The shapeshifter's nose rose into the air and she took a few sniffs as if to test the air. Right away Roxi could tell that her nose was as strong as it used to be. "Stupid form..." she muttered and, not for the first time, wondered why she was even in such a form. "Looks like I'm opposite of you. I've lost one of the things I loved, at least for now. So what was it that you hated?" she asked, wanting to know what he had meant by hating part of himself.
She looked down at herself for a moment, wondering how old she really was. Her normal form was of fourteen and this one appeared around that point though she couldn't be sure. The small useless wings rustled slightly and she sneezed, pointing her face away from her cellmate -- Elric, right? -- before releasing the massive pressure. Her eyes watered slightly at the powerful sneeze and she shook her head quickly like a dog. Stupid dusty floor.
Wait...dust? Wasn't this a dungeon? Now she thought about it, not many voices had rung out. Did that mean they weren't in one of the castle's dungeons? A chill ran up the girl's spine but she didn't shiver and instead turned her lit up eyes towards Elric once again. "What kingdom are we in?" she asked slowly, worry in her voice. There wasn't anything outside of the three kingdoms...right? She hadn't ever been past them. A moment too late Roxiri noticed that she was chewing on her lip, only alerted by the metallic taste in her mouth now. She wiped at her lips with her unused hand, a small smudge of scarlet against her skin.

Elric looked at Roxiri as she talked. He could hear the noise of other people talking but he payed no attention to them. Unless they could get him out of this cell her could care less about them. He blinked when she introduced herself. So her name was Roxiri. He noticed her playing with something on her leg. Well at least her outline, he still could not see that well. He wished for even one small flame in the area. However he was sure that she was playing something that was similar to the one he had on his leg. He stared down at it not even wanting to touch it. He had not put it on himself so he had no idea what it was. Well at least his captors left his jewelery on. It was comforting to have it one, but it made it wonder if his other self was still there or gone like his powers.
However when she asked what he hated he for some reason got angry. He looked away not saying anything. Why should he tell a stranger things about him. She had not even told him what she had lost. He did not need to mention that he normally did not like to have a conversation with the people he was locked up with. However he held himself back. He did not want be on bad terms with his cell mate. After all he did not know how long they would be here. Instead he kept quite not moving or saying anything. After all who goes around announcing that they are a half demon. He watched her sneeze and realized at the same time that she did that the place was to dusty for a normal prison. When she asked him the question he got up. He got up do fast that his legs forgot to support him and he fell back down.
He got up again this time more slowly and made his way to the bars and leaned against the wall right beside the bar. "If I have to guess in none of them. I've 'seen' a few dungeons my self, but none of them have ever been in this state. Though I could be wrong. I have never left the kingdoms and I have never had the chance to learn the history of the land." He was using the word seen quite loosely. He did not want to mention some of the reasons why he had appeared within such locations. He looked at Roxi. "By the looks of it this place was abandoned for a long time. The bigger question is why we were taken and how." He placed his hands on the bars. If he had his strength he could just bent them open, but that was not available to him. "Tch." He was annoyed at himself that he was wishing for his powers. He had not realized how dependent he was on them. Yet he could not admit that he missed them. After all he had convinced himself that he hated it all.
He tried to look down the hallway. Something had to be here. After all it had managed to gather a group of people here. Feeling weak he sat down again. He could not get used to not having to restrict his actions. It was just to strange for him to be this human. Yet he could not help but like it. The old man would have no use for a weakling like him. But first he had to get out of here and remove the thing on his leg.

Broken Looked at the boy, she examined his wings, they were dark not white. she laid down and put her head on her paws she dreamed of a valley and woods, it was Perfect then all things went to hell men came, held her down and drugged her, Then she woke up in a cell, She came out of the dream, She yipped, then shook her head, she looked up at the boy.
She moved his arm with her nose, She look at him. she then got up and went and lied down. 'it was Just a nightmare' she thought, 'it'll All go away' she then closed her eyes as tight as she could, wishing that she would just get away from this place.
She fell asleep once again, She dreamed once again, but this time it didn't end bad, she was free, forever free.. Forever and ever Free........

Aeron quietly awaited to see if he had really heard Siasha's voice. After all, it wouldn't surprise him that much if he had become unstable because of whatever drugs were in his system. Him body was stiff from being passed out on the cold floors and the hell angel had to wonder how long he had actually been in this prison. No, not just him. Had they all been dragged here at the same time? He decided that the answer was definitely a 'no'. How would someone drag god knows how many people into this place all in one night? Surely some people had to have been here longer then this.
The hell angel felt so relieved to hear Siasha's answer. But when he thought about what this meant his stomach dropped and he tasted a horrid taste in his mouth. Siasha was trapped in another cell just like he was. And what was even worse was that he didn't know what cell she was in due to the lack of light the dungeon or whatever they could be in provided. When the other hell angel called out a question, Aeron wondered why she was worried about him. After all, her voice seemed strained or even pained while his headache had dimmed to a throbbing and his only real symptom was the nasuea he was starting to feel.
"I'm good enough! Are you feeling the after effects as well Siasha?" he asked hoping she could hear him even though he had also lowered his voice from a yell to almost a normal speaking volume. The hell angel was sure that she was probably feeling a headache as well and a loud noise surely wouldn't help. Throughout all of this though, he could hear other voices of other prisoners. Why were they even here? Sure, Aeron could easily be put in a dungeon for all the slaughters he had done for his Master. But then he would have been captured alone, without the innocent Siasha being dragged along. And where did that fallen angel go? Aeron felt irritation at the fact the other angel was suddenly missing. Could he have tricked them and have been the one to actually do this? Well if that was it then why were they more people here? None of it made sense.

Now What? Without warning, the metal bars around you begin to shake. A loud, metallic sound screeches through the air, drowning out anything you may have said. The very ceiling begins to come down, and your entire cell begins to sink below ground. As everything rises out of view, it becomes even darker than before. Your descending cell picks up speed, and then begins to slow. You hear something latch onto the cell as it comes to a stop. You can no longer see any of the other cells.
Silence.
The door to your cell swings open. Hesitation may follow, but you step out into a dark tunnel lit by torches. For some of you, this trail weaves and turns, for others it tilts up or goes straight ahead. Eventually, you end up at a door. Opening it, you enter a plain, white room with another door on the otherside.
It's locked.

S i a s h ax-Cross My Heart And Hope To Spy-x x-Stick A Needle In My Eye-xHer brain, mercifully clouded to her headache, had ceased almost every form of rational thought. The metal bars that supported her forehead was hot with her fever. Small beads of sweat formed on her face and she felt her stomach turn. With the thought that this was probably due to her recent and eccentrice movements, she continued to rest heavily on the iron bars. She felt weak in a way she hadn't in a very long time. Siasha's body was a stranger to any form of drug, let alone one that was supposed to be deterimental to her health. Compared to a lot of people here, she was probably one of the worst off. Right now, regardless of how gross it was, she felt like sticking her finger down her throat to rid herself of the toxin in the fastest way possible. She would have too, except she was sure Deveric wouldn't want to sit in a cell with a strangers vomit. Sighing heavily, but quietly, she managed to lift her head and shoot a smile in Aeron's general direction -- even though she knew that he couldn't see it. "You could say that," her voice soft and just barely audible to Aeron, she was sure. Using the knowledge she had some how managed to collect over the years, she concluded that she would need a good solid hour and rest before she could feel well again. Any chance of that, she knew, was tore out from under her as the world around began to tremble. Stumbling backwards she watched in awe as the metal bars pulled away from the cells on either side. Even the slab of seemingly steady concrete pulled away. Panic shot through her like a shard of glass, but she could hardly do anything but stare. In the distance metal gears squealed from lack of use and sent a shudder through the ground. Siasha's stance was now ridged and she momentarily forgot how to breathe. Her heart jumped as they finally came to a stop. The door swung open. Finally breaking out of her trance, she brought her feet together and casted a glance in Deveric's direction. There didn't seem to be any signs of a trap, but one could never be completely sure until it was too late.

It felt like an earthquake. The way the ground shook and the bars screeched was excruciating compared to the dreaded silence that hung before. It felt as if a beast that slept beneath the earth had finally began to stir after it's seemingly eternal struggle. Gears seemed to churn behind walls and the surroundings changed before their very eyes. Deveric glanced at the cell now. The door was open, but he wasn't sure whether it was for the better. The dark tunnel that seemed to gape hungrily before him was definitely not the most welcoming thing he ever saw. There was no other choice, however, and staying within the cell would prove to be useless. Deveric pushed himself toward the door that stood ajar. He glanced back at the tattered angel and gave a small nod toward the darkness that lay before. Then, he started forward.
Deveric was apprehensive in taking his first step outside of the prison, but the darkness was calm in a weird way. The torches did not seem to overcome the overbearing gloom that the tunnel brought. The demon smirked to himself. Had he not come from darkness itself? Then what was the fear of returning? The very thought seemed to both calm and lower Deveric's spirits. Was this the way back to hell? It was something he thought he desired; back to the old life of nothing but lollygagging. But Xisin was much more of a prettier world. Livelier, cheerful, yet teeming with unknown danger. Deveric shook his head clear of the thoughts. What was the use of these thoughts?
All his queries were set aside as Deveric set foot into large white room. It was empty, void of all matter. A door was at the end of the room. Deveric bit his lip nervously, whether the angel had followed, he knew not, but the room was too empty, too large. Was it a trap? There was nothing to lose now. Deveric trudged across the white room which seemed to pierce his eyes in contrast to the dark tunnel and prison cell. He got to the door and put his hand on the knob. It wouldn't turn nor budge. The door was locked, and yet there was no keyhole. Puzzled, Deveric looked around. There was nothing besides the door. What was going on?

Roxiri listened to Elric, her cellmate, as she pondered the same thing. What had she done? One of the first things to flit through her mind was that it was group of hunters had gathered them here. But then they would have already been dead and not stuck in the dim, dusty cells. All thoughts were wiped from her mind as her hands shot up to her ears as screeching filled the air with an ear-splitting sound. Her hearing was still of an animal and she closed her eyes tightly as she felt almost as though they were heading further underground. The smell of dampness and mold found its way into her nose as bits of rust fell from somewhere.
Her stomach was clenched and a wave of nasea swept through her as they moved quickly downwards. The screeching got quieter, turning to squealing as they slowed and Roxiri cautiously opened her eyes and found to her horror that it wasn't just her imagination. The whole cell was moving downwards, just slower then it had seemed to her. The shapeshifter's eyes were stuck wide open as she stared at the walls until they settled into a stop. Her hands had moved at one point and now sat in her lap, shaking slightly with the rest of her body.
Her lip was now bleeding once again as she found her teeth biting into it until she managed to calm herself and release the abused bottom lip. Where could they be? Roxiri had never been in such a place and it freaked her out to no end. Slowly she turned to Elric with a frightened glance before turning to the door in one of the walls. Surely they weren't going to stay in the cell after that.
Roxiri stood up slowly and made her way to the door and opened it to find a dark tunnel lit only by the occasional torch, flames flickering in the small draft. Were they being released? The tunnel seemed to reach forward in a perfectly straight line and Roxiri could see another door. She looked back at Elric, asking him with her eyes if they should move forward.

Elric remained seated as the cell started to shake. He was thankful that he had been sitting down since he knew that if he had been standing he would have fallen over. He instinctively covered his ears when he heard the screeching. It did not do much. It only muffled the noise. He could still hear it. He did not like what the cell was doing at all. It felt like someone was was playing a game with them. Letting them know that there were others here and then separating them. It was getting on his nerves. Even though he was annoyed he remained seated not wanting to move until he had to. He did not know where the cell was going so there was no need to worry. At least that was what he was telling himself.
When the noise stopped he took his hands off of his ears and looked at the cell door. He was not interested in how his cell mate was doing at all. All that mattered to him was that the door was open. The only problem was where did the pathway lead to. Since they went further down he doubted it was anywhere near the surface, Unless the dungeon was on a mountain and the had returned closer to ground level. Either way he was not staying here. He had to get out. For the first time since the cell moved he acknowledged Roxi and got up. He made his was to her and then walked out of the cell. Who knew what that thing would do next. Though he was not sure whether he was much safe leaving the cell all he knew was that he was going to get any food there.
"Don't stay in there for to long. Who knows what the cell will do next." He walked down the tunnel at a slow pace. He was still trying to get the normal human strength down. It was getting better. He stopped in front of one torch. He held his hand out to touch the flame but stopped himself before he did. This was not his flame it was just some light. He turned form the torch and made it the the end of the tunnel and to the door. He reached the door knob and opened the door and closed it as fast as he opened it. The white room had been too much for his eyes that had adjusted to the darkness of the tunnel. He closed his eyes and then opened the door and entered the room. He left the door open allowing Roxiri to follow if she was following him. He slowly opened his eyes and adjusted to the white room. It was not that bad. He could see the door on the other side. However he did not go towards it. He remained where he stood.

Aeron heard Siasha mumble something before a great amount of noise filled the space between them. With a small jack the floor Aeron and his cellmate began to lower. His headache worsened but he ignored it, looking around with an obnoxious calm aura. The hell angel was no longer worried because whatever was happening he was sure that it was only happening to that cell. But as he looked over to the other cells he saw that the people in them were also lowering. Then his calm went out the window.
The hell angel immediately looked around, panicked, while trying to find the fellow hell angel in another cell. Surely she had to be close. He gave up as the cells disappeared from his sites, wings going slack out of disappointment. Was it his fault? Had he gotten the innocent Siasha caught up in something she had no business in? Aeron couldn't help it; he sent up a small pray to his old master that if he even cared about his best angels he had just thrown away to please protect Siasha.
After a few moments or an eternity the ground stopped moving and Aeron looked about. The only thing he could really see was a door on the other side of the cell. His "cellmate", the wolf, was awake once again and wasn't heading after him. Actually, it had just nosed open the door. The hell angel stood up carefully, sure that the nausea had taken a back seat to the worry and bad feeling in his gut. No, he surely had nothing to worry about. Siasha could take care of herself. She wasn't a doll or anything and Aeron was sure she had to have something along his powers.
Speaking about powers, the hell angel hadn't noticed the absence of his own including his Death Touch. He continued to be oblivious to the problem and walked through the looping tunnel unaware if the wolf was following or not. Eventually the tunnel led into another door which was opened into a bare white room. He carefully walked to the other side, eyes scanning the room. The hell angel held his hand out and twisted the knob.
It didn't open.

S C A R E D Maybe you are, maybe you aren't. But you should be. Your room, composed of nothing more than white walls, is suddenly filled with static noise. A figure appears in the northwest corne, hooded, but with a lithe figure that insantly appears female. "Listen Carefully," The hologram begins to speak, "You have been chosen to participate in a battle of strength, cunning, and intelligence. There is only one rule: The last two standing, win." A silence hangs in the air for but a moment. "The winners shall receive unimaginable luxuries. The losers, well..." the figure trials, and under her cap one may have sworn they saw a smirk. "You have ten minutes to strategize with your partner. In exactly 11 minutes, the outer door will open and the game will begin." the bracelets simultaneously beep and a small light shines blue. "Good luck to you all, and may the best two win." I realize that having a thread with so many people may be confusing, especially with the concepts it must include. Because of this, I challenge you to keep your posts descriptive and specific. Rest assured, your characters shall not die here, though they no not of this fact -- for now. Upon their death in the arena, they are transported, through magic, back to their respected cells. Wounds remain at the rpers desire. Please note that even though their must be two finalist....Well, I'll let you create your own loopholes. Stay in character, but don't be too proud to admit defeat. If yo do "happen" "to come across another person, you may find it necessary to PM their rpers before takin significant action -- so check your inboxes frequently .Alliances are allowed, but beware: They may be deadly. I cannot stress this enough: NOW IS NOT THE TIME TO GO INACTIVE. I do realize that it takes some amount of time (me, for the most part) to compile a post. Start a thread with a different character to preoccupy yourselves -- and bring a little life into my dear site. And please, look to see who's active. We are the survival group. I'm sure there will be questions. Feel free to PM me or catch me in the cbox.

S i a s h ax-Cross My Heart And Hope To Spy-x x-Stick A Needle In My Eye-xSiasha, still slightly vexed but now mobile, tentatively exited her prison. Opening and closing her wispy wings, her hands clasped eachother at her chest. The movement resembled and act of prayer, but her fingers were bent and entertwined. Her soft pink eyes stared almost blankly ahead, but her empty gaze hinted nothing of what was happening in her mind. A thousand questions buzzed on the wings of bees, weaving intricate stories like spiders. Blinking out of her thinking state, Siasha walked swiftly up the slight slope of the hall. Walking light-footedly into the blank room, the Hell-Angel could tell from Deveric's face that the door was locked. "A mouse in a maze...." her voice uttered the words almost fearfully. The girl knew all-too well how dangerous not knowing could be. Static filled her ears. Her gaze shifted instantly, her body turning to face this...hologram. Strength, Cunning, Intelligence. The Last Two. 11 Minutes. Why me? Echoes of self pity filled her pink orbs, and yet, her body straightened and face turned to steal. The last two.. those words stuck with her like glue, weighing down her heart. Siasha had not the ability to kill without reason, in mental terms. Though she spend her life doing so, it was only because of her undying loyalty to those that cannot be seen. And what of Aeron? It was plain to see that people would die here. Whie Siasha could never truly die, she knew that if death were to visit her now (as it never had before), she would be reborn without memory or possibly, even, a different appearance. Did the same rules hold true for Aeron as well? Thoughts of the other contestants now filled her head. Were they strong? Probably. Most likely stronger than herself. Siasha hardly had anything to offer to her partner. Her death touch could prove useful, but that would require getting within arms length without getting her head cut off. She also needed a touch of bare skin for anything to happen. She could offer minor knowledge on herbs, as well as food gathering. Surprisingly balanced, had Siasha been on her own, she could keep to the trees out of sight. But could Deveric? "What's our stregety?" she said suddenly, turning to Deveric with doubtful eyes.

What? WHAT? The hologram said what? They were trapped to be pitched into this fight that was perhaps a game for whoever kidnapped them. The demon's eyes flared, slamming his fist into the locked door. A thunderous noise rang throughout the room, and though the door was not in anyway damaged, Deveric could feel his strength flowing back into his arms. Slightly impressed, he cursed under his breath, angry, irritated. No one, no one, told him what to do. A match between pairs? What was he supposed to do with this tattered angel against who-knows-what? Deveric glanced at his severed left arm, armed with a black blade instead of a hand. For a moment, he thought he even missed the hand he had traded away hundreds of years ago, before he had even risen into Xisin. The emotions of a human were always a mystery and Deveric never cared about them, or so he thought. But it seemed that the time spent with them had their effect. He was willing to survive, to get out of this place, to regain his inhumane power, to return to the life he hated so much. The will burned like a flame. He was going to show whomever they hologram was or was by that a demon was never to be underestimated. Spinning around, he faced the hell-angel and hissed, "We're going to win, no matter what." Yes, let the unknown moderators sit back and watch while they could. They would learn not to meddle with a demon. With the thought, the chains by his side rattled with his fury, as if yearning to reach out and strangle. No one would escape him. No one was going to receive mercy in this brawl. Deveric had his mind set on slaying, on crushing his opponents within his iron grip. "I cannot think of doing anything besides tearing through anything that gets to me." He knew it wasn't smart, but the quivering of his voice illustrated his anger, which was impeding his reasoning. "The taste of blood, the sounds of screams. How much do I miss that? This fresh bloodthirst and this savage heart that beats within me. It has been a long time since I have felt it so clearly. You are a hell-angel, are you not? Your possession of the Death Touch can be useful. I can guard you from physical threats and tear articles of clothing that block contact from bare skin. My chain can bind and my blade can cut. When the chance is present, though, use your lethal touch." Deveric grinned ominously. There was no doubt in his eyes. They were going rise victorious.

Roxiri had followed, of course, in the end and couldn't help but look around in awe at the almost pure white room. She walked towards the door on the other end before being shocked by a strange noise. The shapeshifter looked around, feeling helpless without her animal instincts to guide her. A figure appeared against the white and opened its mouth when Roxiri was struck by the thought that it had to be female. The figure spoke, telling the pair that they were about to battle to the death.
No way. was the first thought to go through the shapeshifter's mind. She could barely defend herself at times and now she had to fight with someone else against many others. The people she had heard speaking? None of them had to have done something to deserve this. Some of them had even spoken to each other as if they were friends. What was to happen to them?
Two beeps echoed around the room as the figure calmly stated they had eleven minutes to prepare. Roxiri became dizzy for a moment, balance slipping as something returned to her. Suddenly she felt whole again, as if whatever had left her had reappeared. In a moment and without thought the shapeshifter's hair grew and darken to its normal black color though now they were in long ponytails. Her ears stayed human and her eyes, instead of returning to purple, became a bright aqua color. Bangs lengthened as her shorts as wings disappeared and the tank top became a string top. Lastly her sneakers became long black boots and a over robe appeared in a black flash as well, long with long sleeves and tied at the top though it was open.
Roxiri was used to this. At times her mind would decide it was best to move onto a new appearance. An instinct to stay undiscovered probably. The shapeshifter turned towards her cellmate and now partner. "...." she opened her mouth but let it slid close a moment later. What was she supposed to say at a time like this? Instead she looked away to the walls of white, wondering how she was supposed to kill innocents. She had before by accidents and by animal senses. She could still remember the first time she had killed someone, having been sick right away tearing open a solder's throat open as a wolf.
It hadn't been pleasant.
She bit her lip out of nervousness, chewing it with duller teeth so as to not cut open her lip like she usually did. "How many people do you think are...out there?" Roxiri asked Elric, motioning with her head towards the locked door. Though only a few voices had been heard by her human ears, the shapeshifter new it had to be more then she had thought before. For every person there might be another to match it. And maybe some of them weren't afraid to kill.
Roxiri knew she could defend though. Worst come to worst she could disappear, turning into air at the moment's notice. But what about Elric? Roxiri couldn't be sure that he could disappear or anything. What would she do? Disappear until it was over and only one other person was alive?
No, if she was anything it was not a coward. She would stand by Elric and fight. But not kill. Someone else would do that. She already had too much blood on her hands for your average fifteen year old. True to her promise to herself Roxiri knelt down, body morphing into one of a large wolf's. Her fur was black as well and her eyes the unnatural aqua color. Sitting on her hunches she looked up at Elric, panting slightly.
"So what do you have in mind?"
