Traveling sucks. It really, really does. Once you start and come to realize that it really isn't as grand as it seems to be, when you figure out that clothes become dirty quickly, that money runs out fast, and that places to stay for the night are few and far between, you can't just turn back. How would that make you look in the eyes of your parents, especially after you had begged them to let you go since you were thirteen years old? It really was not the best decision that Habien had ever made in her short life. She was lonely because she was traveling by herself, she was stingy with her money and did not wish to spend any of it, and she smelled atrocious. Because she wanted to save money on food and lodging expenses, she had camped out for nights and hunted for food. She severely disliked this, as she a great love of animals, but there really was no way around it. She simply did not have the money to constantly buy food. She had yet to find a place for herself or a master to help her cultivate her powers, so she couldn't afford to buy food. She was beginning to get sick of it all very quickly.
Thus, when Habien arrived in the town of Yamanash in the country of Sanchu, quite a ways from her hometown, she decided that she was going to splurge on herself and stay in a hotel and go out an actually buy herself a meal. Plus, she was definitely going to go and buy some new clothes, as hers were beginning to fray and smelled like dirty men. They were in desperate need of a cleaning, and washing them in a cold stream can work for so long. So, she was going to buy herself several new pieces to replace the older ones until she was able to get them thoroughly cleaned. So, when she was able to find a hotel for a decent price (and it served breakfast!), she jumped on the opportunity.
She was quick to rent a room for a couple of nights, deciding that she needed a few days of rest and relaxation. The room was simple, holding a double bed with a bedside table next to it, a small armoire for her clothing, and a small bath, complete with tub and indoor plumbing. It was just the right size for her and it was affordable. So, after dropping her pack on the floor in front of the bed, she decided a nice long bath was the first thing that needed to be done. With that, she grabbed the only clean pair of clothes from her bag and waltzed into the bath room, enjoying herself a good soak. Once the bath water was no longer warm and she was sure that her skin was a pink from scrubbing it clean, she got out and dressed. After brushing through her dark locks, making sure to get all the tangles out, she set to work on getting all her other clothes clean, thankful for the warm water that she had. Once she finished and had left them all to dry, she decided that it was time to go tour the town that she currently took up residence.
Donning a form-fitting, long-sleeved, firetruck red shirt with an scooped neckline her top, and a high-waisted black pencil skirt, accessorizing with a white belt and silver earrings, she was ready to leave and hit the town. After placing her shoulder-blade length hair into a low-side ponytail and putting on a pair of black flats, she grabbed her wallet and left the room, ready to look around town and have some fun. She was ready to eat some food and shop around. Once she had exited the hotel, she felt the first thing she needed to do was find something to eat. This thought was accompanied by a loud grumble from her stomach, one that said 'feed me, I need sustenance!' So, she decided to do just that. After walking around the town for several minutes, looking at the shops and just plain wandering, she had yet to pick a place to eat. "Now, where should I eat," she asked herself quietly, holding her chin as if she holding onto a thinking beard. There were so many places to choose from, but she just couldn't decide. This was going to be harder than she thought.

Traveling. it was something that Yasunari would never get to experience. Sure he traveled from one location from one place to another, but it was not the same as other people called travelling. He always took carriages and slept in the best inns his parents could afford. He wanted to experience of walking where from one place to another, sleeping under the stars. He wanted to feel the thrill of travelling and the dangers that arise when travelling. Apart from when he went to the city, where he was allowed to travel on his own, he was always had some escort and a method of travel. It made it dull and he often grew bored of it. His father never assigned interesting company. He undersood why his father was acting like he did but he still wished that he would let him go further than the capital city. He was at least glad that he was given that much freedom.
So it would be no surprise that Yasunari would take the opportunity to go to the capital as often as he could. Though sometimes he was in disguise. He sometimes liked being treated like a normal person, it gave him a perspective that his parents were not able to get while they were growing up. However today was not such a day. He had come as himself and not a stranger. He had come to the capital to purchase clothing. He was going to visit Daika soon and he needed to purchase clothing that was more suited for travelling than he current attire. He did not want to take the risk at insulting his uncle, the King of Daika. He could have just had the merchants to come to visit the palace, but he knew that they would just bring their best outfits and fabrics. He wanted to see everything that they had and not just what they wanted to show him.
He had spent the last two hours visiting different shops and buying outfits. He had tried on may outfits and bought most of them. However he was not carrying any of them on him. He had requested that they all be fitted to his size. They would be sent to him to the palace when they were ready. It was easier than carrying all the bags with him. It was the one aspect of being a prince that he enjoyed. He could have anything delivered to him to the palace. He was now walking through the streets wondering what to do next.He could buy more clothing or get something to eat. He looked around seeing that the people were still looking at him. He had wished they would have gotten accustomed to this within the first hour. Though he was wrong. The people were still not accustomed to this.
He paused when he saw a restaurant that the maids had been talking about in the palace. He decided that he would eat here today. He entered the restaurant though the door said they were closed. The people inside were going to tell him to leave but decided against it when they saw that it was the prince. "I want to reserve this whole place until I am done eating," Yasunari said not caring what trouble he caused. He was only doing so since he did not want other diners to be staring at him while he ate. He wanted a little more privacy. However he was unaware of the crowd that he was creating outside of the restaurant.

Well, this is certainly a very interesting predicament that I am in right now. Job well done, self! These were the very words that flowed through Habien's head as she strolled down the streets of Yamanash, having been walking for quite some time. To say that the young woman was lost would be an understatement, as she had never been to this city and thus had no way of knowing where exactly she was going. Having grown up in a small village in the country of Akaika, she had always been able to go anywhere without much trouble. However, now that she was in a large city that she had never visited, her sense of direction was a little shady.
It all started not fifteen minutes after leaving her hotel room in her search of food. Having not seen anything that had caught her eye, not smelled any food that had enticed her, Habien had begun to walk. After passing an alley, she decided that she was going to to take a short cut to see if there was anything that she might like in the street that it was connected to. Needless to say, she used this very technique at least four more times in search of something delicious to eat, ending up on the street that she had originally started with, though she was unaware of it.
With a puzzled look upon her face, icy blue eyes narrowed as her eyebrows scrunched in confusion on what to do, Habien decided to continue on with her search of food. If she did not find anything interesting within the next fifteen minutes, she would just settle for something fast and easy, as she still had things to do with the day that was quickly passing by. After all, she still had to go shopping and goodness knows how long that simple task could take in the long run, especially since she was on her own and without support and consultation.
Taking a right out the alley she was currently residing in, Habien looked closely at the store signs, hoping that she would find something that would suffice. After around ten more minutes of searching, she was about to give up and just pick up something quick when she spotted a large crowd gathering around a restaurant. Curious as a cat, she began to walk towards the crowd, hoping that the store offered good food. It had better, with such a large crowd surrounding it. It wasn't until she had made it towards the crowd that several events began to take place.
Upon arriving at the outskirts of the crowd, Habien tried standing on her tip-toes to see past the crowd in hopes of finding out how long the wait to get in would be. After having little luck, she decided the only way to find out was to get to the front and ask. After she came to her conclusion, Habien began to push her way through the crowd. Though she was not very strong, she made up for her lack of strength with speed and flexibility, which she used to maneuver through the large pack. As she was almost to the front, she felt a shove at her back as somebody behind her moved in retaliation of her shoving. As a result, she was vaulted forward towards the very front. As she neared the opening, people began to move away from her form in order to avoid her careening figure.
Upon breaking through the crowd, Habien began to stumble upon the cobblestone street until she arrived at the window. Though she tried everything in her power to stop herself from hitting the window, nothing she did would hinder the inevitable. The young woman, for all her troubles, was rewarded with a lovely red spot on her forehead as she ran headfirst into the glass window with a loud smack. With a wince and a curse, hands flew up to clutch at her sore forehead as she blinked back the tears that had instinctively sprung up because of the pain. Oh, how she wished she could heal herself, but no! She could only heal others.
As the pain began ebb ever so slightly, allowing her to focus on something other then her dented brow, she noticed that she could see only one person through the massive glass windows (the ones she thankfully didn't break with her hard cranium). This fact was very odd, as she had assumed that the restaurant would be packed because of the gathering crowd. The one person in the place must have been very important, however, as his clothes looked very expensive and he was the only one in there. I wonder who he is, Habien thought as she continued to observe him, eyes once more filled with curiosity.

The crowd looked at the girl as she fell forward. No one moved to help her even wen she hit the wall. they just thought she was another girl that wanted to catch a glimpse of the prince. Some other women shook their head at the thought of another girl wanting to catch the eyes of the prince. Most of the residents were accustomed to some females acting like that. A younger girl walked towards the girl and made her way towards the girl that had fallen towards her. She leaned beside her and looked inside. "You should give up while your at it. He's unattainable unless you are the highest class of nobles. Even so, there are girls who still think they hae a chance."
Yasunari sat down at a table he liked and made sure that the seat he sat on was not looking towards the window. He did not want to look at the people while he ate. it gets uncomfortable in case there was a crowd and he was starting to feel like there was one forming. It was not like he hated a crowd, it was just that it can become uncomfortable when he was trying to eat and people were trying to get his attention. Just because he was a prince did not mean that he did not deserve some private time outside of the castle. It was not hard to ask but it seemed that the people did not understand that.
He picked up the menu and opened it. He started to look through it. He examined each item. They were simple items but they way they were described were making him more hungry than he already was. He could not help but look at the prices. The ones that he wanted to try were the more expensive ones while the ones he considered lower quality were less expensive and were probably created for the common people who did not have he amount of wealth that he did. One of the few bonuses of having access the the royal treasury. However he knew to be careful not to carelessly spend his money.
When he heard something hit a window behind him. He dropped his menu and looked to see what had made the sound. He was unhappy to see the amount of people that ere gathered around the place. It was truly annoying. He smiled and then turned back. He was sure that any young single female would react to that smile. It was usually enough to keep the females at a distance. He just hoped that it would be enough this time as well.

Jez was walking though the town she was staying at, mostly just wondering the streets. Looking at a few shops and stands. At the moment she wasn't in need of anything to eat, not new clothes. Her leather jacket was holding up nicely, the dark blue V neck shirt was just washed and now no longer smelt like she hadn't showed in who knows how long. But she did hit the showers when she arrived. Her old black pant had no wholes and her boots were not yet thinned. Glancing around her eyes looked down a street and saw a crowd. "Wonder whats that all about." She said quietly to herself as she turned and strolled down the block. She was at the back of the crowd and started to weave her way in and out. Slowly making her way to the front she noticed a girl falling.
Just as she made her way to the front she heard a loud bang. A bit surprised she looked at the girl, now noticing that she had fallen into the glass. "That had to hurt," She said walking over to her. "Are you okay? You took at pretty hard bang." She said quietly only for the ears of the girl.
Normally she wouldn't have bothered, but today she was feeling rather kind. She looked at the red bump on her brow. She looked up and saw only one person in the whole place. '\No wonder there is a crowd,' she thought. Taking in his expensive clothing, she guess he was important. Nothing bothered her more than rich people who thought they ruled the world. Even if they were a king, queen, prince, or princess. "Jerk," She sneered.

There were only so many things that Habien could take with her easy temperament until she was filled with irritation. It really didn't bother her that she had hit the window because nobody had bothered to stop her momentum. She could easily blow this little bit off; maybe they hadn't seen her, maybe they couldn't react in time. Whatever, she could deal with it with a smile on her face. It did, however, bother her slightly when another woman from the crowd came up to her and told her to just give up while she could because the man inside was only attainable if you were a high-class noble. Did this girl think that she was purposefully injuring herself to get the attention of some man that was sitting by himself in a restaurant?
This statement irked Habien slightly, as she really had just hit the window because she had tripped. Plus, no one had tried to help her or even checked to see if she was ok after she hit the hard glass. Whatever, she could still deal with this with a smile on her face, albeit a smaller and more forced one. However, the straw that broke the camels back happened to be when the young man that was sitting by his lonesome merely turned toward her, smiled, and turned away once more. Was his simple acknowledgment supposed to help her in some way, like his smile was some form of compensation for her troubles and pain? Last she checked, a mere glance was not the way to help another person, nor was it even a form of checking on some to see if they were ok.
Oh, how this little act of "compassion" just made Habien's blood boil; how she greatly disliked men like him, or people like that in general. They are of noble birth, born with specific obligations, yet they live high and mighty in their fancy homes and care little for the ones that work hard for their living. They simply do not care if an innocent young girl is tripped and hits her head on the glass of a shop, as long as they can continue with their meals in peace and serenity, not even bothering to check on her. Had he been dining with others that he was currently caught up in conversation with, she might have understood this lack of care more. However, he was alone, and therefore had no reason to just go about his meal.
Habien was broken from her silent thoughts of anger and irritation toward the crowd and toward the unknown noble in the restaurant by a quiet voice that sounded near her. Startled, she cast her gaze sideways, catching the eye of a young woman, slightly older than herself, who was located beside her. It seemed out of everyone in the crowd, this was the only stranger that cared about her wellbeing, concerned enough to ask of her condition. Feeling some of her earlier irritation beginning to ebb at the mere fact that at least someone cared, Habien gave the young woman a smile and a nod, affirming that she was alright. "Yes, I will be fine. Just managed to hit my head. Thankfully, I have a hard skull and it will only bruise, nothing more." She followed this statement with another smile. She was always so full of smiles.
"I was just maneuvering through the crowd to see what was so important, assuming this restaurant was crowded and really good, when I tripped and fell and nobody helped me. Seems its really just an insanely important noble is dining alone and everyone wanted to watch. Goodness, how I dislike people like him, being all high and mighty and not giving a care about other people! Anyway, I was really hoping that this place had really good food, because I am super hungry!" This last statement was followed by a rumble from deep within her stomach, leaving Habien to laugh nervously, looking sheepish. "Oh, I'm Habien, by the way. It's nice to meet you!" She ended her speech with yet another smile, showing the stranger that she was friendly. She was talking a lot today, even for her. She could only hope that she didn't scare the stranger.

Yasunari continued to look at the menu still unsure what to order. It was not that he did not like what was on the menu, it was just that the staff was looking at him waiting to see what he ordered. He was pretty sure the more people would be willing to visit this restaurant as long as he gave a good opinion. But he was going to taste the food. He did not expect the quality he ate at the castle but he just wanted it to be good. However, there was something he had to do first something that was starting to bother him. It was the crowd behind him. He sighed, he should have come in disguise. It would have been much easier, but then again he could not have gone shopping.
He put the menu down and got up. He made his way to the door and leaned against it waiting to see if they could not longer see him and then leave. He did manage to hear some of the conversation that the two were having. When he heard the girl disrespecting him he sighed. What did she know about what he had to go through. Why is that people have the idea that being a prince is easy. Sure there are perks and there is the treasury. However, there was all the lessons and meeting he had to attend. There were days where all he could do was collapse on his bed. But no one thought about that, after all, everyone only sees one part of the life royalty lives.
"Well I am sorry that this high and mighty jerk wants to have a meal without any person around him trying to get his attention. After all this jerk must have everything he wants and does not have to work for it. Is it so hard to want to have one meal where our every move is not judged by another person." He then looked at the rest of the crowd. He needed them to leave in order for him to be able to have a comfortable meal. "If you don't mind to continue on your way. If you have any concerns please direct them to my father." The crowd started to scatter but one could see that they were not happy about it, but Yasunari did not care. He just wanted them to leave him alone for an hour.
"If you two want you can join me. Since you seem quite hungry," he said as he continued to lean against the door frame. "Unless you think that I am insufferable to be around."

Jez looked down at the girl smiling, she was glad the girl was ok but what was with all the smiling? She didn't have anything against it but she wasn't fond of smiling without reason. But to be polite Jez smiled back, but it was no were near reaching her eyes. "That's good. Glad you aren't hurt." She said quietly. "I'm Jezbel, you can call me Jez." Looked back at the man sitting alone, personally it would have bothered her to eat in a restaurant, after all they are usually filled with people.
Thinking about what the people had done, just let her fall and look at her. Well that was just rude. Jez may be cold to the outside world, but she would have never just watched and let her fall. Looking in again she saw the noble had left his table. Wondering where he had gone, she was even more surprised by the sound of his voice at the door.
Looking over she saw him leaning against the door post. He was addressing the two girls. After he was done Jez tilted her head just slightly taking in everything. Keeping her face clear of any emotion still but inside she found it quite funny that the noble used high and mighty jerk to describe himself. She did find his reasoning true. But why not just taken a table in a corner? Did he really expect for a crowd not to form?
Pushing away the thought she looked at the girl, Habien. A small smile crept on to her lips as she turned back to the noble. "I think I have enough for a meal here, I'm using the rest of my money on my room. I think I would be able to tolerate a meal with an all mighty noble." She said bowing and sweeping out her arm. Straightening back up she turned back to Habien she said, "What about you?"

Habien could only smile yet again, albeit not as largely, as the young woman introduced herself as Jezbel, trying to contain her smile as to not appear overly excited. She had always had a naturally wide smile, one that took up her entire face and stretched from ear to ear and reflected her usual joy. It was quite a pain really to have to force her smile to remain at an acceptable level of happiness, as it tended to freak people out. "It is very nice to meet you, Jezbel," she said, as is customary in polite conversation. Though her parents were only mere doctors, they tried to instill some manners into her personality, to help her later on in life for when they were needed. She debated telling Jezbel that she had a beautiful name, but she was interrupted by a sudden masculine voice that addressed the crowd, yet was particularly aimed at the two girls.
Throughout the brief speech that the young man directed towards the duo, Habien felt a slight tremor of guilt. She had not stopped to think about how this young man lived from day to day, unable to go anywhere or do anything without constant observation. How tedious and unnerving that probably turned out to be. Yet, if he had wanted to eat his meal in peace, he should have just sat somewhere out of sight. It was his own fault that her had chosen to sit directly in front of the window, exactly where everyone could observe him as he casually ate his meal. This mere thought worked to cheer her up a little bit and ebbed away at the guilt.
Throughout this thought process, Habien managed to keep her face neutral and devoid of any emotion or indication of guilt, though her lips did quirk upward slightly as the noble addressed himself as a 'high and mighty jerk.' The name didn't sound all that bad, and as she didn't know his name, it would be a great nickname. She fought to keep her facial expression still as she thought of this, as to not look insane, smiling about nothing. If she ever had to think about the young noble, that would be his name. After deciding this, she decided it best to tune back into his speech, as all the people in the crowd began to move away, grumbling as they did so.
As Habien had not been listening to this part of the conversation, she was about to leave and find another place to dine when the high and mighty jerk began to talk again, inviting them to join him during his meal, as long as they didn't find him 'to insufferable to be around.' Had he not just given a speel about how he had simply wanted to dine in peace and quiet while having nobody around to judge his every movement? He had just managed to contradict himself completely as all he had just said went out the window. Not that Habien was complaining, as she was so hungry that her mouth was beginning to water at the mere thought of the food that was soon going to be entering her stomach. She gave a fast, excited nod to both the high and mighty jerk and Jezbel as she agreed to join the meal.
"I should have enough money to cover the food here and still go shopping afterward. I certainly am starved." Habien said, trying her best to contain her excitement about finally getting something to eat. "And, I don't have to eat alone. This is the first time in a long time that I get eat with other people!" She followed her previous statement with this sentence, hoping that the others would understand just why she was so happy about getting food. She had grown lonely on her journey, so it was nice to finally have somebody to talk to and share a meal with after such a long time. "Well then, shall we go in and eat," she addressed the two, motioning her head towards the door to get the two moving. Hopefully the food wouldn't take long to arrive.

Jez nodded at the younger girl. By the look on her face she guessed that Habien was very hungary Something about Habien just made Jez liked her. She began walking up to the door where the noble still stood. Stopping in front of him she looked up and said, "My name's Jezbel, you can call me Jez." Then she ducked inside.
She stopped and gave a quick look around. It was quiet odd seeing a place that was usually full so deserted. She looked at the barren chairs and tables, utensils waiting to be used. She looked to the staff that was waiting along the sides. 'I guess waiting for him to order.' It seemed odd to her, having someone waiting on her, after all she had been traveling on her own for years.
Absently bending down to check her knives, her fingers just brushed the tips of the silver hilts. She stood back up and walked over to the table. Noting where the noble was sitting before Jez sat accost from him. She picked up the menu and opened it, not really glancing at it in stead she waited for her two dinning mates. 'I hope the foods good and not to expensive.' She really didn't have that much money left. Frowning she came to the conclusion that she would have to get a job for a short while in order to get enough to leave and move on.

Yasunari smiled as one of the girls entered the restaurant. He followed and slowly made his way back to his seat. He sat down on his set and looked at the staff. He motioned for one of them to come closer. He was going to get something to drink before he decided what to order. It was much simpler that way and from what he understood it was how many restaurants functioned. As the waiter approached now holding two new menu's Yasunari looked at the girl and smiled. "Would you mind getting us some water and your finest wine for me. If you want anything else to drink please say so now Jezbel and Hebien"
He then looked at the girls as the waiter bowed and placed the menus on the table. "Yes your highness," she said before standing straight waiting to see if his guests would like something to drink. He placed his elbows on the table and then looked at the other two. "You do not need to worry about the cost. If you are worried about your travelling budgets, I can pay for your meal. I have more than enough to pay for it." He smiled at the two. He had reached the conclusion that they were travelling for one reason. No one in the country would take the risk of insulting him. Especially if his fathers men heard them. Sanchu might be a neutral country, but that did not mean that they were peace loving. There were plenty of things his father did not tolerate and insultying the royal line was one of them.

Light blue eyes looked around in surprise as Habien sat down in one of the chairs of the table that the young noble had recently been occupying, situating herself in between Jezbel and the young man. However, she could not yet look at either of the other occupants, nor the menu that was placed before her by one of the servers, as her eyes wandered around the restaurant. It was fairly nice, nicer than it had seemed on the outside, with many table that were currently empty placed strategically around the room. In all truth, Habien had never been in such a restaurant before. Because she hailed from a small town, many stores that would considered restaurants were mere stalls with tables scattered around where you could enjoy your meal.
Other than that, she had little other experiences with dining out. Plus, she caught most of her food throughout her journey to save money. Thus, she had never really eaten in a place like this. However, Habien could not carelessly observe her surroundings for long, as she would soon have to place an order. Before that, she would have to look at the menu that sat on the table before her, begging to be opened and looked at. And there was the whole 'conversing with her table mates' that would soon have to come into play, as things would swiftly become awkward. She listened as the young man order his beverage, picking up her menu to look through as he did so.
She was surprised slightly at the fact that he was ordering wine, but she held her comments about alcohol and its downfalls back, knowing that it would not the best decision after she had so rudely talked about the young man who was allowing her to dine with him. "Water will be fine for me," Habien said with a slight smile upon her features as she looked at the waitress before turning towards the menu that was currently held within her hands. Icy blue eyes searched for something that appetizing, hoping dearly that there would be at least something there that she would find delicious, leaving her ears perked and ready to catch any information or bits of conversation that would pertain to her.
Habien was lucky she did this, or may have missed two very important things that had been said if she had left her head buried deep in the menu and the food items that it contained, trying to decide on what she would order. The first piece of information was when the waitress responded respectively to the person situated beside her, referring to him as 'your highness', the other being when he offered to pay for both her and Jezbel's meals. She thought on this first, happy with the fact that she would not have to pay for her own meal. After seeing the prices of the dishes on the menu so far, she was extremely excited. After all, her wallet would be crying if she bought anything from this place.
However, Habien knew she would feel guilty about accepting his generous offer of purchasing her dish, especially after the things she had said about him earlier. Maybe she could just pay for herself in the end. This action would indeed cost her, but it would make her feel better in the long run. Silently deciding to pay for her own meal unless he persisted, she moved on to think about the other information she had ben provided. The waitress earlier had referred to him as highness, a title that was reserved to only royalty. If the young man beside her was really what she was assuming him to be, she could very well be in big trouble if anyone found out the things she had said about him. That, and she could very well be dining with royalty.
Deciding to store these pieces of information away in the corner of her mind to revel on later, Habien turned her attention back to the present time. After laying eyes on something that sounded quite delicious and was placed at a decent price, she set her menu on the table before and faced her companions as she waited for the waitress to come along again and take their orders. "So," she began, face turned towards the young man as she addressed him. "Who are you, exactly? I believe you know our names, but we do not know your own. That seems rather rude to me," she said, adding on the last phrase with a joking tone for good measure. After all, she didn't want to come off as rude herself, did she?

Jez was taken back at this noble’s kindness, after all he was only just meeting her and she called him a jerk. She then looked up as the waiter who was expecting an order. She quickly said, "Water's fine, thank you." She looked back at the lord and narrowed her eyes. Thinking to herself, 'Was he for real? Or was he just kidding. Maybe he was trying to get the two of us to order something expensive and then change his mind to get back at us for calling him a high and mighty jerk... But that wouldn't be right of a noble to do such a thing. But it would also be something they would do to the fact they could get away with it.' She then said to the noble, "Thank you. You don't have to." She then thought it would be a good idea to learn who he was, " That's what i was wondering myself." Jez said to the noble. "What can I call you? I'm new to the land and don't know anyone."
She glanced down at her menu again and picked it up slowly opening it. She glanced over at Habien. Staring at the list of food, her mouth began to water. It really was a look time since she ate food that she hadn't caught and cooked herself. Think back to the previous day’s meal of deer over the fire. Not that she wasn't thankful that she had caught it still you can only have the same thing for so long.
Deciding to have whatever her eyes landed on when the waiter came around again. She put down the menu and crossed her legs, ready for whatever the two would ask, or talk about. She wasn't sure what was new or in style in the city. For she had never come here before. In fact it had been at least a month since the last town she visited. How odd it hadn't seemed like that long to her. Although traveling and seeing new places was exciting enough to take someone’s mind off of unwanted thing, which is the exact reason she had begun to travel all those years ago...
Mind starting to drift she shook her head gently to clear the thoughts.

Yasunari listened to the two order the water that he had suggested. But he was still annoyed that the waitress had called his such a name. He watched her walk away hoping she would not say anything more regarding his rank. It would not take long for the water and wine to be brought to them. He was not used to eating with people that were travellers. After all his normal company drank wine and had the best meats served to them. He was curious on how it would turn out with people that were not born and raised to eat with royalty. It had to be different since Elric told him about all the people he met and talked to over years. It sounded more interesting than what he was used to.
He was disappointed when they refused his offer to pay. He was not planning anything to get them back for what he said. He still had not decided what to do, but he had to make sure that his father did not find out what the two had said. All he had wanted to pay for them so that they could eat whatever they wanted on the menu. He thought it would have been a good gesture. "Are you sure? I have more than enough to pay and as travellers don't you want to save your money for more appropriate expenses?" He did not understand why they were refusing his offer. He thought that he was doing something other people thought was nice.
When they asked for his name he paused. He could tell them he was the prince, but then he took the risk of them becoming all formal and that was something that he did not want to happen. Then again she was not sure that using a fake name was a good idea either. No it was best to do something in the middle. "My name is Yasu." It was his nickname. He just hoped it was enough so that they did not make any connection to him being a prince. At least not yet.
When the waitress returned back with the water and wine he smiled at her. He also gave her a look that made sure she remembered not to say anything that she should not. He looked at the two of them. "Feel free to order first. I am just going to to get the chef's special."

Icy blue eyes looked at the young noble expectantly as Habien waited for an answer to her question. She honestly did want to know his name, as it was awkward not knowing exactly call him. Since she was a naturally awkward person, she guessed she should be used to awkward situations and moments, but she increasingly found herself to subjected to situations that she did not know how to react to. For example, she did not quite know how exactly she was supposed to act when in the presence of a noble. She had never been in the company of anyone as the nobles from her country lived far away from her town, so she had never been taught the correct manners for just an opportunity. She figured she was just going to have to act in the regular way and hope that the young noble would not be offended.
Speaking of the noble, he was talking at the moment, mentioning the fact that both of she and Jezbel had denied his offer of a free meal. It almost made Habien smile at the fact he was so surprised at the fact that they hadn't accepted his offer. He almost seemed disappointed at not being able to pay for their meals. However, she kept her smile in and decided to answer politely instead. But, before she could begin to answer his question and explain why she had denied his offer, he began to speak again. Though she would usually be annoyed by this, she decided to listen and see what he was talking about. It happened to be his name, which he gave to be Yasu. Habien was suspicious about this being his full name, as he seemed somewhat hesitant to give it, but she just decided to go with the flow and not persist. As long as she had something to call him, that was good enough for her.
So, with this decision, she decided to continue with what she was about to say before she was so rudely interrupted. "Well, it was very sweet of you to offer to pay for my meal, and thank you for it, but I would feel terrible if I accepted your offer. I don't know about Jezbel, but after what I said about you, it would make me feel guilty for having you pay for me. Besides, I can just find a job and make some money if I run out. I really don't have a set schedule," Habien said with a small smile, hoping that the explanation would be enough to get her point across.
Just as Habien had finished with her little statement, the waitress came around with her water. The waitress addressed Yasu first, of course, but she would have been let down if she had been hoping for him to really speak to her. All he really said was that he was getting the chef's special, and it had been addressed to the table. Poor little waitress. However, Habien then felt on the spot, as she was next to order. So, with a smile in thanks to the waitress for setting her water in front of her, she began to order her meal. "Could I have the catfish, with mashed potatoes and green beans? Thank you," she said, before turning her attention away from the waitress and toward Jezbel. "What are you going to get, Jez?"
((What kind of food do they have here in Xisin land? XD))
