The owner looked at Balenth not knowing what to do. This man had helped him yet he also scared him. He did not want to sell a weapon to someone that so easily threatened someone else's life. Yet he did not want his life to be threatened. He went to the back of his shop and pulled out the best swords he had. Some had magical abilities while others were crafted by the best sword makers ever. Balenth looked at the swords one by one. He picked them up and held them in his hands. One after another he refused the blades. For some just looking for a blade he was very picky. He eventually went through all of them and rejected them.
He finally turned to Axel, he was going to need her help. "Axel can you find me the sword here with the most powerful magical presence?" He had always been attracted to magical weapons over regular weapons.

Axel nodded and slowly walked through the store, looking at all the swords. For most she let her hand touch their sheaths but for others she avoided them. Axel did not wish to touch one of the cursed items in this store. God knows what would happen. When she had walked all along the store, she returned to the back.
Nestled in a corner full of dust, was a sword in a worn sheath. Axel picked it up anf brought it back. On the blade were small symbols one wouldn't see unless in a certain lighting but they were there. It itself was a shiny silver while the sheath was a black color. "You must not have a lot of beings in here besides pure humans without magic. This blade, however old it appears, is an elemental blade. It taps into a person's natural magic and amplifies it." Axel explained, smiling a little bit.

Balenth smiled as he watched Axel look for a blade. He was not good and finding these things. He was glad that he came with Axel. When Axel came back with an old blade he became even happier. Older blades were made by mages that knew much more magic than current day mages. The enchantments were much stronger. He took the blade from Axel and held it in his hand. The blade had a good balance. It would be perfect. He was going to buy it from the man.
He turned to the shop keeper. "How much?" The owner looked surprised, no one ever wanted that blade. "100 gold" Balenth looked at the owner. "50." The owner looked at Balenth not willing to back down. "75" Balenth nodded. "Deal." Balenth pulled out a bag full of gold and placed 75 pieces on the table. He then strapped blade to his side and left the store.

Terra stayed slent, watching everything. Axel took another look around the shop before following Balenth back into the street. Terra jumped down and shifted back to his normal form, smiling. "I've got to get going kid. I'lll see you around though." Terra said, ruffling Axel's hair. A second later the neko was gone, back into kitten form and running in the streets. / "Where to now?" Axel asked, catching up to Balenth.

Balenth watched as Terra left, he was alone with Axel again. He wondered what he was going to do now. He had gone out to by a blade and to allow Aqua the time confess to Xion. He did not know what to do next. He could go to a bar, but Axel was to young. He shrugged. "I can only think of going to a bar, but you are to young for that." Maybe by walking around they would find something to do, or maybe Axel knew where they should go next. His left hand was on the hilt of his blade as he walked. He felt different while holding a blade. He had forgotten the feeling of having more than just magic to protect oneself.

Axel suddenly grapped Balenth's hand and began to run up the street. She looked happy as she ran, but in a hurry as well. Axel dragged the dragon up a street or two before taking Balenth onto a hill. I just remembered! Look up! Axel said happily and a moment of silence followed.
But after just a moment, fireworks exploded over their heads. Axel knew it was her colorful friend named Olette, a pure human with no abilities but with the strangest appearence. Olette often fired off fireworks.

Balenth was surprised when Axel took his hand and ran up the streets. He had no idea where he was going, but he wanted to know what she was doing. When they ended up on the hill he wondered what they could do there. There was not much to do on hills except nap and watch other things. When Axel told him to look up he did as he was told. He could see the starts, but he doubted that was what she wanted to show him. It was then hat he saw the fireworks fill up the sky.
He had never seen fireworks before. They never had them in the village that he lived by, so it would not be surprised how his face was filled with wonder. He had seen dragons and fires in the sky, but he had never seen anything like this before. He watched the multitude of colours fill up the night sky. "It's amazing." He wondered how one could do something like that in the sky.

Olette struck a match, lighting a few of the fuses in front of her. The colorful human smiled and backed away from the fuses and what they were attached to. Fireworks. She smiled as they took off into the sky, exploding a moment later while dazzling color. Olette loved fireworks and often set them off in the hills about every night.
Olette heard her friend's voice but decided to finish the show, blasting all of the reamining rockets into the night sky. Only then did the human walk towards where she knew Axel would be. Or, at least where she thought she was. After going through a few trees, she reached a point from where the eight year old could be seen.
Axel saw her friend and quickly waved her over. Olette began to make her way over, her rainbow hair flowing in the wind behind her. Most people that she was some sort of magical creature with that hair, but she was merely human like Axel. Or, like Axel used to think she was. Axel couldn't help but laugh a little when her friend stumbled a bit before contimuing on her way towards them.
"Hullo Olette!"

Balenth watched as another set of fireworks went off in the sky. He really thought it was beautiful. He was still thinking how such things occurred in the sky. If he knew that there was going to be more he would fly to the sky and get a much closer view of the fireworks. However he doubted there would be more. He sighed when he thought he lost the chance of seeing th fireworks at a closer range. He was surprised when he met yet another of Axel's friends. How many friends did she have. He looked at her and smiled. He found the her milticoloured hair amazing. He had never seen a human with such unique hair.
He smiled. "Hello Olette, nice to meet you. My name is Azum." He then sat down on the ground. "What was that earlier in the sky. I've never seen anything like that before."

Olette smiled at the male, panting lightly from sprinting over to the two. "Yo!" Olette said loudly, smiling. A year or so ago Xion and Roxiri had helped her get to this city from far away and ever since then she had treated Axel like a little sister.
Olette's smile grew bigger when Balenth asked about her fireworks. Axel had asked the same thing when she had first seen them and Olette never grew tired of answering. "Why, they're my fireworks! Kind of like exploding rockets in different colors. I love setting them off." she said, still smiling.
Axel sat down, her energetic friend sitting down on the grass as well. "She loves colors, as you can probably tell. Axel said, laughing when Olette poked the eight year old and stuck her tongue out. In many ways, Olette was more of an eight year old then Axel.

Balenth looked at Olette, she did act more like a child than Axel did, but it was refreshing. After all the serious people he met today it was fun to meet someone who was so laid back. He sat down beside her. "I hope you can teach me how to make them. I loved your fireworks. I think there is nothing better then a night sky full of colours. Even though some people think I don't like colours." He really wanted to learn how to make them. He wanted to take it back home and show the villagers. He then stopped smiling when he thought of it. He remembered that he had not gone home yet and he did not know if there would be anyone to show the fireworks to.

Olette smiled again when Balenth spoke to her. "I would LOVE to show you how to make them! But we have to wait until it gets light out so you can see better Mr.Azum~" Olette said, clapping once on her first sentence. Olette loved fireworks and she also loved to show people how to make them, set them off, and other things. Axel also loved watching them and making them but she didn't like lighting the fuse and having to back away from it. You couldn't see them as well when you set them off and you had to run a few feet at the least or bad things would happen....

Balenth was happy that Olette would teach him how to make fireworks. It did not matter if he did not have anyone to show it too. He like watching them in the air and that was what important to him. He to he hand and smiled at her. "Thank you so much." He then released her hand and lay down on the grass and looked at the starts. He had seen them plenty of times before but he had never taken notice of them. He wondered how many of them were in the sky. It looked like there was so many that it would take him years to count them.
He then looked at the two females. He wondered how Axel attracted such a group of people. He did not want to think about it. If he did that he would spend a couple days to think up a reason to think up a reasonable reason. He laughed and placed his hands on his eyes to block his view of the sky.

"It's no problem! I love showing people how to mak ethem because it spreads the across the Kingdoms!" Olette said, laying down as well. Axel then followed suit, in between Balenth and Olette. The eight year old smiled and reached a hand to the sky. Axel loved the sky.
When Balenth laughed she did too, along with Olette. Axel attracted more then trouble. The little girl also attracted people that were misfits or were lonely. And that was a gift Axel was very thankful for. A voice from far away rang out, calling for Olette. Olette called back, slowly getting up. "Gotta go guys! Olette yelled beforre running back from where she had come through the trees.
Axel didn't move, a small sound coming from her. She had fallen asleep.

Balenth looked at the two as they lay beside him. He wondered if he would have ended up locked in the cell if he met someone like Axel. Though he did not know why he was in the cell he knew that when he saw Axel smile his hatred subsided. He saw her as his daughter even though she was much lower down the line. He waved to Olette as she left the same way that she had come from. He looked at Axel to say something but he noticed that she way asleep. He would tell her later. He pulled his hand to her head and stroked the young child's head. He wanted to protect her like a father and make her understand what it meant to have a parent. However he knew that he could not do it. He was to dangerous to be around Axel.
