He loved this place because it was here that he was able to feel like he was at home. The white blanket of snow that covered the mountain tops was welcoming. This place thrived with water. Water was by far his best element and he'd perfected controlling it as a solid, a gas, and a liquid. This was only through hard work and dedication though. Of course he knew that he wasn't nearly as good of a fighter as his friend was. No, she was far better than he would ever become because she'd lived much longer.
Sevrim's blue green gaze shifted back up to the sky. There was nothing there but blue and clouds. He'd wondered if maybe she'd followed him by air. He couldn't fly the same way that she did. Sometimes that was frustrating for him because he wanted to know what it was like. The closest that he'd ever gotten to flying was jumping off of a high surface. The dog demon could even jump long lengths and great heights. Even then, gravity would take hold and pull him back down. Some things were better left to Kyethra.
Maybe she had followed him by foot this time and he'd just lost her. No, maybe he was dreaming. Though they traveled together sometimes it wasn't like he and Kyethra stuck to each other like glue. He was sure that they could understand that the other had an independent mind as well. Besides, to much time together would maybe make them hate each or go at each others throats. He already had a hard enough time with his feathered friend when she would go and twist words around to confuse those even though she never told a lie.
The dog demon soon found himself looking down upon one of the random streams of water that the Mystic Mountains had to offer. He bent over slightly to get a better look at himself in the reflection of the crystal clear water. It was still somewhat a blur to him because he only looked through one eye, the rest of his sight covered back his bangs. That was his own fault though. Well either way he liked his hair style and didn't plan on changing it any time soon. Kyethra was the only one that had to see it.
Pointing out a clawed finger, he smiled to himself. The water in the stream began to rise, following the movement of his finger. He then watched as it cut off and shaped itself into a round ball as he'd visualized it. Reaching out with another finger from his other hand, he poked a hole though it to give it the look of a doughnut. It was the perfect one indeed and he couldn't be more pleased with himself about it. With a single though, the water had froze into ice and he happily held it while waiting there.
