Elric lay in the grass. His eyes were closed and his breathing was shallow. The wind around him caused the grass to sway but he did not notice. Elric was asleep. He had laid down to relax but the mid-day sun had lulled him to sleep. His horse was not far off but it knew better than to be close to a sleeping demon. So it remained at a distance just in case. Elric rolled to his side. As he turned a bracelet feel from his pocket and hit the ground. But it still did not wake the boy up.
How Elric got to this location is another story. He had been in the castle with the prince when he was told that he was getting the next few days off. At first he did not understand, but when he found out that the prince was under house arrest for something he had done he decided that he could take those days to get to know the kingdom a little better. He had spent most of his life in Daika so he knew little about other places. He had grabbed his horse and set off in a random direction and found himself here.
Upon reaching this place he had taken a break and ate his lunch. He ate a little to much. Having no desire to leave he laid back and let the sun hit him. And that was how he had gotten to his current situation.

HAPPINESS it hurts Roxiri couldn't tell anyone how she had ended up in such a place, where the grass was taller then she usually saw in the forests or near towns. It was beautiful to her and the shifter definitely didn't regret walking upon the grassland. She peered into the grass she could see from her standing vantage point and did a double take upon seeing a horse. Wild horses were quite common but this one was alone and seemed to be saddled. The shifter stood at the edge of the tall grass, having an internal struggle for a few moments. She should have turned around but instead found her curiosity overpowering her logical voice and the fifteen year old decided that it wouldn't hurt to go see why there was a horse in this place alone. The shifter, however, did not abandon all her caution and looked around before changing her form into something else. A split second later, where once stood a girl in furs now stood a light gold cat, with a white muzzle and paws. The cat entered the grass after a moment of just standing there and didn't even think to taste the air to see if anyone was there. But as she moved closer to where she had seen the horse, the shifter stopped in her tracks and the ice blue eyes widened slightly. Something was in the air, a scent that both drew her and made her want to run. The smell of demon was trickling from somewhere, almost as if leaking, and part of her wanted to believe it was one of the demons she knew. Like the demon she had traveled with a year ago, along with a lot of other girls based in Obs cur. The shifter shook her head, bringing herself back to the present. She tasted the air, following the smell of demon like the curious cat she was at that very moment. And when she happened upon the source of the smell, she wondered if something was wrong with her nose. In front of her, sleeping peacefully, was just a male with no wings, tail, or any sort of demon-like appearance to him. She tilted her head, going up to the sleeping male as the nearby horse snorted and chewed on grass. Roxiri couldn't help but look at the sleeping male, wondering why one would leave their horse unattended and sleep in such a place. The shifter lowered herself onto her haunches and meowed, wondering why she was even here in the first place. LIKE A bullet TO THE brain

Elric slept calmly without noticing anything around him. He did not notice that a cat had walked towards him. No he was more into his dream than he was dreaming. It was a nice dream that did not focus on the hard times that he had in Daika. It was a dream where he was a little child, long before he was sold by his mother. He was being held by his mother and she was talking to another person. He was remembered who it was when he woke up, but it was clear in his dream. The person was his father. It was the only time his father had held him. It was probably the only time the three of them were ever that happy together. He smiled and rolled over again.
Then his dream turned as it always did. As his father tried to take him away from his mother. It had caused a large commotion and the first awakening of his powers as a demon. His mother had managed to recover him, but it ended up that this was the last time that the three of them would be together.
He woke up at the same time in the dream. He instinctively went to grab the closest thing to him which was a cat. He squeezed tightly before he realized that it was not his father or mother by his side. He let go and stumbled back. He took a couple breaths to stabilize his breathing. His hands where shaking. That dream affected him more than his other dreams. Only because it always made him so happy and then took it away from him.

HAPPINESS it hurts The small, almost kitten-sized, cat peered around, obviously having found someone in very deep sleep. Why were they sleeping in such a place, though? There didn’t seem to be anyone else in there, besides the equine that was a bit off. Something reflected the sun for a few moments, the cat's eyes readily drawn to the light. There laid, right by the male, a bracelet of some sorts. The shapeshifter took the few small padded steps over to it and bent over, just about to touch the metal there. But then just as suddenly as the light had reflected from the sun onto the bracelet and then further onto Roxiri's face, she was grabbed. A loud cat yowl filled the more or less silent air as the golden furred shapeshifter was grabbed and squeezed. Her head was clouded with spazztic instinct and the shifter could do nothing to stop it. Claws sprang from their furry hiding places and into the air, looking to find the source of the squeezing. She felt the grip strengthen through her almost violent squirming for a few moments and she opened her mouth as if for another noise. Though instead of any sounds other then the wind and the horse being birthed into the air, the cat's sharp teeth found something and bit down as hard as she could. It could be an arm or a hand, which it probably was, but the bite seemed to do nothing to the captor. But once more an abrupt action took place, this time in which Roxiri was set free from the male. Or at least, she thought it had been the male that she had seen sleeping. In truth, however, the shapeshifter didn't really know until they released her and she ran a few steps before transforming. She had been looking at the bracelet, too lost in thought and in sight to see whoever had grabbed and had choked her body. Instinct had a hold over her still, though she began to calm once transformed. The small golden kitten was returned to the form it had had earlier in the day, one of a girl. The clothes, enchanted to do such, appeared on her body as well. Antlers sprouted from the light gold of Roxiri's hair and she was on the ground in an instant. The shapeshifter had her lips drawn back slightly, low growl from her throat before she could even think about the simple action. All four limbs touched the ground and she was looking up at his face. But moments later the growl died and her pale lips closed, stance still tense. The male's hands seemed to be shaking and his breathing as uneven as her own adrenline-filled body were making hers. He had moved, or maybe she had run farther then she had thought, but some grass hid patches of the shifter from the awakened male. She made no more, still ready to fight or flee if something else happened. Roxiri, instead, took time to steady her breathing from the uneven airs she had been taking from panic. Stripes of darkness from the light hitting the grasses were on her body and face, though the shapeshifter was sure that the male either knew where she was, or could easily find her. But she wasn't hiding anyway, her curiosity rooting her to the warm earth. LIKE A bullet TO THE brain

Elric sat there as he focused on calming himself. He needed to control his emotions before he did anything else. He did not want to take the risk of his power would flare up in this area. It wouldn't be good if his powers would flare up and start burning the grass. He was pretty sure that if he did something lie that Yasu would think of someway of making up for the damage that he had done to this kingdom. He held his bracelet tight as he managed to finally bring himself to a calm. It must be nice to be human and not worry about your emotions causing one's power to go wild, he thought to himself. He reached into his pocket to find the item that was suppose to be there. However, when he found that it was empty he panic slightly. He needed to find the item.
He looked around and found the bracelet. He held it tightly and then remembered that he had been holding something when he woke up. He looked around and saw the girl looking at him. He was pretty sure that he had been choking something that was small and the girl looked a little to big in that sense. He noticed that she seemed to be a little tense. He looked at her and noticed tat she had antlers. He was enchanted by her golden hair, he had seen many people with blond hair but he had never seen someone with such a rich colour. She was definitely not a normal human. He wondered what she was for a moment and then looked away. He noticed that he was staring at her for too long. It was not the right thing to do.
"Have you seen a small animal around here. I need to make sure that it it safe." He had not noticed a small animal anywhere and was starting to worry about it. He was not sure if it was fine or if he had accidentally burned it to a crisp. He had no idea that that the girl that he had noticed was that animal that he had hurt earlier. he looked at his hands and noticed that he was bleeding. The animal must have bitten him and he had not noticed. He licked the wound collecting the blood. He did not want to take the risk of other people having his blood. There were ridiculous rumours spreading about half-demon blood spreading at the moment. There was no way that his blood could keep a person youthful if drunk every day. He had no idea who would even try something like that. He watched his wound closer. It least that was one of the good things about his blood, he did heal faster that a human would.

HAPPINESS it hurts The golden haired girl watched the awakened male find what he was looking for, holding the glinting bracelet tightly as if it held some unstated importance. He stayed there for a few moments in the sunlight, clutching the bracelet Roxiri had been so close to touching herself. Was it protection for whoever touched it last, perhaps? The shapeshifter didn't know, seeing as she didn't have any magical powers besides her ability to transform. It didn't smell weird or look very weird, though sometimes things weren't as they appeared. Roxiri was sure of that, because she was often the best example of that statement. The male noticed her and the shapeshifter stayed very still as he seemed to stare at him. She was as vain as others and knew he was looking at her because her current form was pretty, perhaps even beautiful. Roxiri had what many females and males both would want, something to make it so your skin was forever clear and your hair the exact color you wanted it. Her power. But at the same time Roxiri knew, and had done it, she could become a nightmare. An overly large canine or feline, sharp teeth glinting in moonlight. A sickly looking human-like person, hair limp. But right then the hair was golden, shining in a subdued way. Eyes were crystal blue, clearer then natural. Her skin was tanned and freckled with small scars, each carefully placed with their white or pink lines. Without even a thought of vanity, Roxiri knew her form was pretty. It was like that, however, to draw people in. Wide eyes assured that they weren't dangerous unless narrowed and full pale pink lips hid the teeth that could instantly become lethally sharp. Clear skin and a healthily skinny waist whispered to whoever looked that she was healthy, couldn't give you any sickness. It was only her personality, the animal part of it, that seemed too dangerous to others. And of course, they never saw it. The male who had been asleep only a little ago, had almost choked her while in a kitten's form, asked about where an animal had gone. Where she had done. Roxiri smiled slightly and stood slowly, as if carefree. "It ran off, and scared me witless for a moment. I'm not sure what you mean by safe, though the little creature seemed fine enough." the shapeshifter said smoothly, reasoning to herself that it was better to lie now then to perhaps be caught. She had only lost a group of Hunters a day ago and she wasn't ready to be so careless as to answer that she had been the cat. Her ribs ached slightly from the memory of being squeezed and her mouth still tingled slightly from the taste of coppery liquid. No matter how often it could be able to get into her mouth, blood was always the waste taste to the shifter. The golden haired girl said nothing as the male licked his wound that she had gave him, seeing as she did the same thing. He seemed in thought and the shifter couldn't help but wonder if this was her cue to leave. But she didn't want to be rude or anything and offend the awakened human. If he was human. The blood tasted a bit funny, maybe a bit off, though she couldn't be sure. No, he was human. What else would he be? Yes, she told herself with sarcasm, because demons or angels or dangerous creatures just sleep away the day in tall grasses on their days off work. Sometimes Roxiri was just too paranoid. Elric was glad when he heard that the cat had gone away in what looked like in one piece. He could not be happy that he had no set the poor animal on fire. He had not been sure if he done anything to it, but hearing it from the girl made him feel better. He had no way to explain it to the prince. He had made it clear that Elric that he was suppose to start controlling his power more than before. It was a huge relief that he had not lost control of that flame again. Though he really wanted to see the ct to make sure, he did not see a reason for the girl to lie to him. From what he knew she had not reason to lie to him and he would have remembered meeting her before. So she was not someone that he had done some wrong to before. He had so many enemies and he was never sure. However, he was not going to be too careful yet. He was not going to jump to conclusions like had always did. Not everyone had to be an enemy from the start.
He adjusted his bracelet so that it was under his sleeve and made sure that his necklace as secure as he got up. He stretched his arms and then his legs. They had gotten stiff again while he slept. He looked around at the flats. It really was a beautiful place. So much more different then the scenery in Daika. He never thought that he would be able to live in such a kingdom like this free from the bonds that his mother had put on him so long ago. However, his thoughts were brought back into reality when he noticed something approaching from far away. He was only able to see them because of his blood. He could tell that they were dangerous from the size of the group and what they had with them. He slapped the back of his horse and sent it home. He was sure that the horse would go home so he did not need to worry about it. He had to be more worried about himself.
He turned around and looked at the girl. He pined her to the ground and kept his body above her. The grass above them seemed to move back above them as if the two of them that were not there. It was like the terrain wanted to protect them. "Stay still. I am not going to hurt you. I know we just met, but trust me." He looked at her in her blue eyes not blinking. He breathed slowly, but his breath was naturally hot and he hoped that it would not bother her to much. He just did not want to get noticed by the people that were approaching. If they walked by the two of them then what he just did would be worth it. He just hoped that she would not fight back and bring attention to them.

HAPPINESS it hurts Roxiri watched the male stand up as well, stretching as if he had been asleep for a long period. Why sleep here, though? It wasn't exactly enclosed or safe from prying eyes, seeing as she had found him, so why be the most vulnerable when anyone could stumble upon you? Or maybe this human had no one to fear, no one he was running from. Maybe he didn't have to hide who or what he was and only held the small human secrets that seemed to large to them. A traveler, off to visit family or friends perhaps? She shook her head slightly, letting the gold hair fall into her face for a small amount of moments. Why should the shifter care? He was an unknown person, a perfect stranger. He could be part of the royal family, or an assassin, or a Hunter, or maybe even just a normal person. But something was off about him, the way he treated the jewelry he wore. It was a necklace and the bracelet, having made sure they were both there and that the glinting bracelet was under his sleeve. Either they were protection, expensive, or just meant a lot to him. She was reading too much into him and his character. Roxiri brushed the hair from her face with a hand carefully, noticing that the person had gone still and was looking intently at something. The shapeshifter turned her head to the side slightly, narrowing her eyes and enhancing her sight like an eagle's or feline's. She was only shocked from it when something hit her, knocking the teenage girl from her center of balance easily. The form was slim and had a small frame, not putting much of a fight up to such a surprise. She gasped or yelped or perhaps just opened her mouth, teeth sharpening slightly as her instincts became overloaded for a second. Her whole body tensed, the wrong move when falling, and hit the ground with a thud. The breath was knocked out of her for a moment, head throbbing a bit from the impact of her skull and antlers. Blue eyes were open almost comically wide and stared at whatever came into her gaze. Grass moved slightly at all the movement, though it seemed to go back to normal quickly as a breeze swept over the grasses and sending them waving like water. Roxiri's body bucked, trying to free itself as she snarled, an ugly animal sound coming from the pretty human mouth. Hands twitched, fighting back for moments. She snarled again though was quieted by the male's speech. The shapeshifter stopped moving, staring up with her wide crystal clear orbs. Mutely she tried to move again but was easily pinned into place by the male. The golden haired girl got her breath back and quickly began to breathe through her nose, knowing her mouth would only produce too much noise. What had he seen? Who was he? Why was he pinning her to the ground? Was he to be trusted? These questions and more sped through the mind of the teenage shapeshifter. The tanned girl went limp, growling quietly almost to herself. She had no choice, unless she wanted to turn into something else here. Her gaze snapped back to attention as she realized the male was still there and cut off the growling noise abruptly so he wouldn't notice it. Or had he already? She didn't even know anything anymore, besides the fact that her nerves were shot by this point. LIKE A bullet TO THE brain

Elric held the girl tight as she struggled. She was somewhat strong but not enough to over power him. He just focused on making sure that she did not break free in case the men noticed that they were here. He noticed that some of her figure change, but he did not let go. He did not want to take the chance, not yet. If the men noticed them then they would have to choose between running and fighting. He really did not feel like fighting and running would take too much effort to do so. To Elric keeping hidden was the best option that was in this current situation. He didn't want people to find out that he was not a human. Most people didn't know what he was and he wanted to keep it a secret. It was too dangerous in case people found it inappropriate for him to be working for the prince. He heard her growl but he said nothing, she was acting much better then he had already expected. He had thought she would have struggled more, but who was he to complain.
The man walked beside his partner. He was angry about losing the shape shifter earlier. However, that was not going to dwell on it for too long. There were tonnes of non-humans that he could be hunting down and even selling to other people. He knew that there were some people that would pay to have slaves. He preferred to kill them, but he needed to supply himself with money somehow. "Have you heard the new rumours about half demons. I bet that there would be plenty of humans that would be able to pay for that blood. We do need some more funds. What do you think?" He wondered where he could find a half demon. It had to be easy, it was not like demons looked like normal humans, their children would stick out more than a human. "It would be easier than hunting that shifter."

HAPPINESS it hurts The shapeshifter wasn't, to put it very frankly and simply, not pleased. He hadn't given her any reason to trust him and still, as the silence overtook the grasses for moments, still did not give one. She narrowed her blue hues at him, showing her displeasure easily. Why should she have to sit, or lay, here while he gave off no reason to trust him or to listen to him? What if the male that had been sleeping was only a trap of some group or the Hunters, to capture anyone who came waltzing along in the long grass. Besides, he had strangled her earlier, mere minutes ago, and though he showed concern for the animal he thought wasn't her who was to say it was real? Some people were very good actors and others, well, they could stand improvement and a lot of it. So which category did this human fit into? Roxiri didn't know how to tell and if something was really happening, she had no time to figure it out. What was she supposed to do, ask him to get up right now and perform a skit for her entertainment and amusement? Because that really would work. She just kept coming up with the idiotic ideas today. Where was her mind? Briefly she wondered who else had been here, in this spot while being hidden by the tall grasses. Probably only criminals or runaways. And, obviously, the girls from any nearby small villages. The females had been pinned too, probably, but their situations were very different. For instance, Roxiri didn't have her skirts around her waist instead of reaching to the ground. Well it wasn't like the golden haired girl was in skirts anyway though. And with those thoughts the shifter opened her mouth, sound ready to appear from between her pale lips. Abruptly a different voice spoke in her place, one of a man. The shock of others made the shapeshifter go rigid and tense, wondering where they had come from. The voice was familiar, though not as much as the smell.
Forest green orbs scanned the grasses for the nth time as the owner of them wondered what the hell they were here for again. Why not send Yuki, who was oh so eager for a stupid mission? Not like she was missing much being stuck in the dungeons. In fact, it was probably more amusing down there anyway. At least Yuki got to question the beasts, not roam endlessly trying to actually find them. "Honestly?" the male asked, not expecting an answer. Not like he left time for one before opening his mouth again."I could care less where the freaking money comes from. Do what you want, all I want to do if find some cheap women, a cheap inn, and some nice drink." the man said, already imagining how nice it would be to head back into a town or village at that very moment. Who cared about the filthy mutts? They could die out on their own, the bloody things. They weren't worth a care, not to this man. "And about that shifter," the man carried on in his own little speech while trying to hold onto that fantasy that had been interrupted by the statement of the female mutt from earlier, "I think that bitch can go die on her own for all I care. Why don't we just bullshit a report and head back into town?" the younger male finished, though he knew that his partner wouldn't have given up without at least catching something. But what was he to lose by the suggestion? The male, obviously done speaking for the moment, redid the holder that held his hair from his face. The black hair drew in females, pairing it with the green eyes and the muscles, but it do on his last damn nerve. LIKE A bullet TO THE brain

Elric continued to pin her down even when he felt her tense up. He knew hat there were two people there, but he had no idea what connect that she had with those two. Was there some sort of connection with the girl that she tensed up when she heard them speak. "Relax," he said in such a quiet voice that he barely heard it himself. He Just hoped that the girls would listen and relax. He was quite used to hiding and knew that nature around them can react to unnecessary tension and it was too dangerous to let anything appear to be wrong. He could tell that them men were dangerous and he did not want to fight them. He did not want to hurt any humans and he did not want to cause any unnecessary trouble. If only he explain everything that he was thinking, however doing so would give away that he was here.
He crossed his hands as he heard his companion speak. He sighed. He knew that there were people like that in the group. He hated being partnered up with these people. All those people were interested in was getting their paycheck and spending to on frivolous things. It annoyed him to no end, but he had no choice to work with these people once in a while. He just had to make sure not to work with them again. If only then gave him partners as serious as he was. Maybe someone like Yuki. He was going to bring her along next time. He needed someone that would be useful to him. When he heard the suggestion something snapped within him. His hand went to his blade but he kept to undrawn. "You might think this is dull work, but let me make this clear the paycheck you get only occurs because people like me do their jos. We don't write fake reports. Don't think that the nobles that back us pay for all our expenses. The need to keep up their appearances." He adjusted his shades keeping his blue eyes hidden. He had once faced a monster that was able to control people buy making eye contact with his victim and he didn't want that kind of situation occurring again.

HAPPINESS it hurts The stink of the Hunters lit Roxiri's senses on fire. Not that most people would smell it, but she now regretted not using a full human form. Smells of blood and other unpleasant things mingled together while hiding below the smell of sweat and sun kissed skin. It repulsed the shifter and her body twitched a bit under the male once more. She felt the urges to transform, to fight or flee. What could be worse then this endless waiting between the warmth of the ground and the warmth of a stranger who could just be keeping you there for Hunters to pick you up? This could be a trap and the golden haired girl couldn't stop thinking about it. The footsteps slowly approached as the people continued to search the grasses and it was obvious they had to do something or risk being captured. No, not risk. Know that they would be captured. Roxiri had been captured before and she shivered, remembering cold and non-human or animal noises. Inhumane things. Or, if you weren't that powerful, you would be killed when found. But this shifter knew, that for whatever reason, she was under the order to be captured if seen. Maybe. That's what it had been last time, when being caught hiding after seeing another nonhuman slaughtered in a dark forest. The blue hued girl instantly shuddered down her back and stopped herself from following those thoughts. No good would come from them. But she did need to do something, most definitely. Roxiri slid her eyes closed, merely for habit more then need, and her body began to change in slight ways. Scars disappeared on her arms and the rest of her body while her skin paled much like the girls around this area. The shapeshifter's antlers slowly receded into her scalp until they were totally gone while her hair darkened to the point of a dark brown that seemed more dull then bright. Her bones stretched in some places, such as her spine, while her form became taller like an eighteen year old. Roxiri opened her eyes, which had become a hazel-like color, as her furs magicked themselves into the simple wear the general dress for women who worked the right light district or street corners. The strangest thing of her whole transformation must have been, however, that it barely took any time at all. It had really only been a few moments. Roxiri looked up at the stranger above her, trust winning out for the moment, and put a finger to her lips. He must know what she was now and she could only hope it wasn't a trap.
The man rolled his dark green eyes before sighing. Whatever happened to the days when he could peacefully hang around town instead of working this stupid job? He missed them, really. The work was dull and usually pointless, though the pay really was nice. "Eh, the nobles aren't as smart as they think. It's not like the whole Kingdom can't tell who funds us. Secret? Ha. We get orders and tip-offs for a reason. We're not nearly as 'secret' as they freaking think we are." he rambled, yawning for a moment near the end of his short speech. Really, he just wanted to make his fantasy from moments ago come true. or at least to kill the stupid bitch for making him not be able to. Why the hell were they capturing her anyway? "Hey, did the big shots even say why we're capturing her, instead of just killing her? I mean, don't get me wrong, but I'd rather come home with blood on my hands then some brat. Oh, and how much we getting paid?" he asked the questions disinterestedly, merely wanting something to talk about. The silence between the partners had been heavy that morning, and they didn't need a repeat of it. "It better be enough for at least some drinks on the way back. I need them, I really do." he continued, more or less talking just to just fill the silence or to hear himself speak. Who wouldn't? There was a slight rustle in the grasses a bit to the right of the man and he stopped, staring at the spot while making a signal of sorts to the other male. Were they really having enough luck with them to find the stupid brat here, of all places? LIKE A bullet TO THE brain

Elric could smell the blood that was on the men, but it did not bother him as much as it seemed to bother the girl under him. He had smelt worse during his time in Daika. However, he had a feeling that they were not after him. Maybe they were after the girl. After all, no one was stupid enough to harm his as well as held the position that he currently had. It was nice to be on the good side of the crown prince. Even if he got into trouble and had to be saved very often. He almost let out a gasp when he saw her change forms. She was definitely strange. She was not a demon, but apart from that he could not tell. He was sure that she was scared of these men. If possible he would like to avoid a confrontation with the men that were close by. He did not want to harm anyone unless it was necessary and right now it was not necessary. When he suddenly heard the hunters go silent he let go of one of her hands and ran it close to his face leaving a trial flame that formed a sentence she could read. 'When you see an opening run away. I will keep them busy.' He then let go of her and stood up. He looked at the hunters and yawned before stretching. "Can you guys be any louder. I am trying to sleep. Can I at least get some rest on my days off." His blade was at his side, but his hands were at his side. He could draw it with little difficulty and he had other weapons at his disposal. He just needed to buy the girl enough time to get away.
He looked at his partner and sighed again. It really was a bad thing that he was partnered up with this man. He really wanted to kill him. It did not matter if they were partners. However, he held himself back from harming his partner. "Secret or not they still pay us and I prefer to keep the old men happy." He paused thinking about why they were after this girl. He had been told to capture her alive, but he had never thought about why. He was not the kind to question his orders. He preferred just hunting and harming the monsters that lived in the kingdom. "No idea. Did not ask. But what ever she did this brat is wanted alive by the boss and there is no way that I am going anger him. And if you think about wanting blood. Think of it this way. You bring her in or anyone worth of value and I will help you to get out of the work that you hate." He was serious. He did not to go on another job with this man even if they worked well together. Their personalities just did not match up. However, he first needed a reason to get ride of this man. When he saw the movement of the grass he became silent and looked in that direction. Maybe the girl was here. He communicated back with signals setting up a plan of attack. That was until he saw Elric get up. He kept his hands on his blade, not relaxing just yet.
