Libitina can use mental wavelengths in the form of melodies to control those of weak minds from really far distances and can use it on several humans simultaneously. While her control is flawed and the puppets are rendered slow-moving, she likes to use numbers to overwhelm the enemy. The only way to break this control without her consent is to kill the puppet.

Telepathy
Libitina can send messages and even holographic images of herself to others for communication or other means. She cannot read the minds of others, however.

Elemental Magic
Basically, Libitina can shoot relatively weak fireballs, lightning, and blizzards at people through her palms. This magic is relatively close ranged and cannot be used outside of her sight range. Aim also plays a part in its effectiveness.

Weapons;; Libitina wields a staff in the shape of a black dragon holding a dark blue orb in its mouth. The orb is the concentration of her mental and magic powers and it goes from glowing to a dull color depending on the amount of energy it has.

Personality;; Libitina is cold-hearted and merciless to everyone and takes a rather sadistic pleasure in making others suffer. She isn't one to do the dirty work herself and takes advantage of her mind-controlling powers to create puppets who do the work and then are disposed of without a thought. She doesn't care if hundreds of humans die because she used them as soldiers and just treats them like a bother when they die. The only thing she feels affection for is her pet, Malorex.

The origins of this demon is as mysterious as her workings in the human world. However, it is known that she came into being in Hell as a mature figure, never having a childhood. She was always strange even by demon standards and was extremely sadistic by nature. She had no friends and she didn't want any. All she did was torture the souls wandering in Hell and devouring them when no one was looking. Centuries after her existence, she found a Hellhound puppy and decided to adopt it in order to nurture it into a suitable weapon. However, Libitina found herself becoming more and more attached to her pet and developed a strong bond with it, whom she named Malorex.

Libitina was pleased when chaos broke out between Heaven and Hell and although she did not participate in the fight directly, she found the opportunity to exercise several of her malicious activities. This led to her heavy disappointment when a truce was formed between the Devil and God and she did not approve of the trading of soldiers between the realms. Both angry and power hungry, Libitina decided to revolt against the Devil and take the throne of the ruler for herself. Her conspiracy was quickly uncovered, though, and the Devil sentenced her to death under the penalty of treason. In order to escape, Libitina fled Hell to XISIN with Malorex, but was injured halfway by the Devil's soldiers. Therefore, the demon was stuck in a dungeon between the realm of Hell and XISIN. The Devil, now unable to have complete jurisdiction over Libitina, sentenced her to an eternal confinement within the dungeon. Seven seals were also placed upon her and Malorex, keeping them from mobilizing and escaping.

Many years after their imprisonment, a man who tampered with dark magic somehow stumbled into the dungeon and tore one of the seals. This allowed Libitina to regain consciousness and whenshe saw who had partially freed her, she decided to use him for other means. She spoke to him using her telepathy and after persuading the man that she was a goddess, Libitina pulled some strings and had him form an organization called the Hellhounds. As this organization expanded, Libitina's power grew.

She is still currently confined within a casket in the depths of the dungeon and carries out her orders through there. Currently she is attempting to remove all of her seals in order to take vengeance upon all who have wronged her.
