As I lay in the field I'm contemplating how I ended up here. Even as hard as I concentrate, covering my ears and looking only at the sky, my thoughts are stolen by the beautiful silver colour of the grass at night time. If I could I would stay here forever, but, my stomach growls, a reflection of in how long I haven't eaten. I see a horse dash by and my thoughts immediately turn to how good it would taste in a stew. For now, however, I will graze on the grass as horses do. Getting up, I begin to collect the grass, known for how filling it is, as well as it's medicinal qualities.

The angel sat motionlessly in one of the few trees of Silver Flats. One of her legs pulled to her chest and the other hanging off the side of a branch. Siasha had been here before -- many times. Her course of work had lead her to places all over the world, and there was little she had not seen. Though, the beauty of the grass at night was still a wonder to her eyes. It sparkled in the moonlight, and waved gracefully in the soft wind. The stars twinkled like little diamonds in the night sky, and the moon was bright and full. Siasha had been there since sunset, and had watched the setting sun cast beautiful colors across the heavens. She rested her head back on the tree and stared upwards. It still saddened her, saddened her incredibly, to not be up there in the sky. Though she had some minor teleportation abilities (and only some times when her mind was up to it, and only to the general vincinity of her Target), she knew she would never again fly with the other Angels. Nor would they accept her. The old ones, the ones that still remembered her from centuries ago, would be drowned out by the newer ones. How could a Hell-Angel ever be accepted into a society so pure? Though angels, most were not above gossiping and some times even hurtful words -- though they may be in anyone's best interest. Of course, her God would accept her back she was sure. If he sent her, one of his best angels, to do something like this, he would also take her back, right? Siasha figured she mightaswell not think about it, there was no way to get back now anyway. She'd be the Devil's messenger till the end of time. Her emotional state, as these thoughts went through her mind (even though she tried to block them), she couldn't help but let a few tears escape. Siasha cried often when she was alone, but only ever for a few seconds. Now, she quickly brushed them away and blocked out the pain. Getting to her feet, she placed her feet one-foot-in-front-of-the-other. She opened up her thin, dark wings for balance and went as far out as she dared to go. A slight movement in the grass caught her eye, and she turned to look curiously. She couldn't see who it was because they were bent over and the grass covered them almost completely. Siasha wondered whether or not she should go say hello -- she did, in fact, liked to be social from time-to-time.

I noticed a person up in tree, but, as I believed, not before they could see me. I quickly dropped down on to the ground and dropped the grass I had previously been picking from the Earth. I heard a quite "Hello?" and knew she'd seen me. I concentrated for a second thinking of my homeworld and then, all stood still. I stood up, walked over, and climbed up the tree. When time unfroze, I saw what was now clear to me as an angel and tapped her shoulder "Hello there!" I screamed as loud as I could in her ear. She pivoted on her heel to look at me with a look of surprise upon her face.

Shino and Haseo had decided to visit the silver flats. Well it was more that Haseo wanted to go to the flats and Shino went with him to keep him safe. Haseo had recently been picked on by a group of people and Shino had saved him. She promised to take him where ever he wanted to and he had decided to go here. She tried to convince him to pick another spot since she could easily lose him when he was running through the grass. However, Haseo was stubborn and did not want to go anywhere else but there so they went.
Shino held her brothers hand as he walked though the grass trying to wander around. It was clear that he was fascinated with the grass and wanted to go running. She shook her heard at her brother. He was 15 and yet he acted like he was a little kid. His actions only made her want to protect her brother even more. She pulled him close and looked at him. "I'm going to let you go. However don't go to far from me." She then released Haseo's hand and let him wander around. She watched him enter the grass.
Haseo ran through the grass amazed buy its colour. He stopped when he noticed a ghost nearby. He walked to the ghost. "What are you looking at?" he asked the ghost. The ghost pointed to a tree. Haseo looked at the direction and noticed something in the tree. When he saw another creature in the tree he feel back. He ran back to Shino and grabbed her hand and started to drag her to the tree. "Something appeared out of nowhere in the tree and it was not a ghost. I want to go see." The ended up under the tree. "Hello," Haseo yelled out. Shino held her brother tight in case they were not friendly.

I soon relised that the angel had been, or appeared to have been frozen in time. All of a sudden I heard a loud "hello!" from down on the ground. I hopped down and said "Hello to you and you! Marvellous night is it not?" I felt a little strange abandoning the angel there, but she would naturally find her path back to time. I gave a hearty handshake to whom appeared to be the eldest of two siblings.

Now, Siasha wasn't one to be frightened, but she nearly had a heart attack (as if it were a deadly thing for her) when someone screamed in her ear. She jumped, and without thinking turned to look at whoever had scared her -- and had a few stern words for the person. However, she lost her balance and toppled right over. Opening her wings instinctively, they slowed her fall just enough that she had time to righten herself and land on her feet as gracefully as she could manage. Looking up, her face stayed completely composed, but her eyes were not happy. It was her most well-known trait, her ability to keep her face and body language completely undefinable, but one look into those crimson eyes and you could tell almost everything she that was going through her heart -- almost, everything. Getting back to her feet, she brushed her clothes free of dirt. For some reason, she followed to the other two, new, people. She kept her distance and watched all three of them, her wings now folded on her back. "Hello to you all." she said softly, smiling slightly in a welcoming mannor. She was still slightly pissed off that she had been scared out of a tree, but she wasn't one to hold grudges.

Shino looked at the two with some suspicion. She did not want her over trusting brother to be tricked by anyone. She took the hand and shook it, but she quickly continued to pretend her brother. “Yes I is an marvellous night.” She looked down at her brother that was looking at the two with amazement. He had never net an angel before. He had met tonnes of ghosts, but never an angel. He wonder if they could do the same things he could do. He looked up to his sister. “Aren’t you glad that I followed the ghost’s direction.” He then moved from Shino’s grasp wanting to get a closer look at the angel.
He walked toward the angel and smiled. “Hi, I’m Haseo. I’m a nekomata. What is your name?” He wanted to know if the angel could see spirits like he could. He always felt lonely that Shino could not see them. They were siblings and yet they were so different, of corse they did not know that their relationship was due to a spell. His two moved behind him as he wondered what the angel would say.
Shino remained with the person she had shook hands with. She was ready to draw her blades if needed to protect her brother. “I’m Shino.” He quickly glanced at her brother making sure he was not doing something stupid.

I quickly climbed up the tree were near doing a little hand stand "Oh, I do believe I forgot to introduce myself, I an Pachisan, The Ageless One, from the world beyond time!" I climbed up a little further ecstatic about the new people I was meeting!"So here we are, an angel two nekomatas and myself! I'm sure we could have tons of adventures!" Then, all of a sudden that strange yet oh so familiar feeling boiled up. I could feel anger, NO!, insurmountable rage build up within me. I jumped off the tree and teleported down to the ground." Exept for you!" I said as I turned darkly towards the angel behind me. I dashed at her and in a fit of rage, jumped on her, toppling her to the ground. "You're HIS messenger aren't you! Well tell him that unless he kills me himself I will NEVER join his ranks!" Suddenly I felt a new feeling. I felt black closing in all around me. In those last moments I spent conscious I rolled off of her, I uttered " No... you're not his... you're his others..." and suddenly the blackness was all around me and I was unconscious.

Siasha smiled softly at Haseo. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Haseo. I am Siasha." she introduced, nodding her head once in recognition. A nekomata? The fact that he had mentioned ghosts hadn't escaped her attention, and actually interested her. Siasha could only see a certain type of spirit. She could only see spirits on their way to the gates (whether those gates be pearly white or pitch black), not those who refused to make the journey. She could also see spirits that had lost their ways. However, she only saw spirits when she wanted to, as if it ran on an on and off switch. 95% of the time, she didn't want to see them. They only pushed her further into her state of hidden depression. Her eyes slowly followed Pachisan out of her line of vision, but afterwards paid him no mind. Suddenly, the air sparked dangerously and Pachisan was on the ground infront of her -- and he looked angry. "What are you--" she trailed, stepping in front of Haseo. She steadied herself as he ran at her, but she still got knocked over. Siasha hit hard and her breath was knocked out of her. This guys insane! she thought, but kept her calm. She didn't utter a word, but waited until he went unconscious before getting agily to her feet. Anger shot through her eyes for the way he had acted, but she calmed herself with a deep breath. She looked over at Shino and Haseo, they were probably thinking something along the lines of What the...., "I have no idea." she muttered.

Shino looked at Pachisan wondering what she got into. This guy was weird and she did not want Haseo picking up any strange habits from him. Last thing she needed was him climbing on tree and doing handstands. She did not want to tend to his wounds as he cried. "I'm just a Neko" She did not have to mention who that she had no magic. It was irrelevant. She just did not want people calling her the thing she was suppose to bring home. She was looking for another one not wanting to hurt her brother.
When she saw him appear behind Siasha and because of where Haseo was behind him she started to run to her brother. She did not know whom he was about to attack and she was going to protect her brother. She pulled him into his arm as Siasha got tackled. She held him tight not wanting to let go as the strange man was on top of the angel. She was not going to let her brother get to them even though he was struggling to get out and help her. She let go of him when Pachisan lost consciousness.
Haseo smiled at Siasha as he introduced herself. He liked her, she seemed nice. His tail flicked at his shoulder as a ghost that saw that he could talk to his kind sat on his shoulder. He did not want to play with him right now. He wanted to play with Siasha and it was not nice to play with ghosts when Shino was around. It left her out. He did not want anyone to felt left out.
When Pachisan went to tackle Siasha he felt himself being pulled back by Shino. She wrapped her hands around him and he struggled to get out. He struggled as his sister held him. "Please let me go I want to help her." He wanted to go help Siasha get out from under the man. When Pachisan lost consciousness he was let go and he ran to her. "Are you okay?" He hoped she did not get hurt as she fell to the ground. He looked at Pachisan quickly not liking him for harming another person.

I awoke slowly, though it must have not been too long, as the neko were still there. I don't have much of a sense of time anyway. As I got up, I looked at the younger of the two siblings ,it was very pretty and I felt an adrenaline rush bring the rest of the way to my feet and a little further up. I had always felt like this around the younger of their kind. Was it me or it? It my half awake state I accidentaly thought out loud "You are HOT! We should date sometime, or some eternity HAHA!" I had little self control and continued rambling drunkly about how great it looked. Something like 10 minutes later I felt something hit me in the cheek that stung like a bee sting. That brought me out of my stupor quicker than any smelling salts could and I realized what I had been saying. I quickly apologized for the idiotic things I had said.
