Aeron saw the confused look on the man's face for a second and wondered if he was finally understanding what had happened. Perhaps the man was just woman crazy? After all, his eyes had done something very strange when he had spoken to Siasha. Aeron knew that later, Siasha and him would be laughing at this incident. Unless you were a part of it at the moment, the situation did seem pretty funny. As the man asked for directions back to his city, Aeron wondered why he had a lion to take back. It wasn't the strangest food Aeron had seen but it was still strange. Did the customers even know what they were eating half the time? On some menus, Aeron had even seen something called "Mystery Meat". Why would you eat something without knowing what it was? The Hell Angel had seen things like cat meat, certain leaves, and the like in other places though. So maybe lion meat wasn't the weirdest thing he had heard of eating. As Siasha answered, Aeron slowly spread his wings out a bit before pulling them in, relaxing them. The city wasn't that far from here but the way Siasha pointed the man in would take longer. He smiled slightly but said nothing, wondering how long the man and his gaint lion would take to get into the city. But where had that gaint lion come from? Aeron looked at for a moment, hoping that it wasn't a shapeshifter. They were rare enough and it would be horrible to kill such a creature. But it couldn't be! Right? As Siasha turned away from the man, Aeron turned away from the lion as well. His stomach was uneasy at the fact that it could be shapeshifter instead of a real lion. But he kept this thought to himself, taking a step away from the man with Siasha at his side.

Sanji looked in the direction that Siasha was on about and squinted his eyes a little, then bowed to them both”Thanks! Oh, and if you're hungry when you're in the city, come stop by my restaurant, it's quite pricey, but for such a lovely lady such as yourself, I'll give you a discount! It's called the Baratie, and we're the only restaurant in town that has five stars! Bye~ My Love~!! ♥ Don't you come, Birdface” Sanji gave Aeron a look of displeasure he grabbed the lions tail and once again slung it over his shoulder, the then very quickly ran past the couple with amazing speed, even though he was dragging the lion behind him, in the direction of the city. The lion itself, although some places looked badly beaten up, looked like a fairly ordinary lion*

"I'll...Um....Consider the offer..." Siasha hesitantly replied, knowing very well that she wouldn't. The fact that he had said five stars hadn't surprised her. Only the highest end restraunts would serve something as strange as lion. What did surprise her, however, was the fact that he was working in such a restraunt. Surely is employers knew he was crazy? A few strands of hair whipped across her face as he ran by, and she watched after him; amazed by his speed. It would have been impressive even if he hadn't been carrying a 600 pound lion. Pushing her hair back (for what seemed like the thousandth time that evening), she turned back towards Aeron. She moved closer to him as they walked away. They had just met, but she already felt close to him. There was bond between them that no one could match....well, unless another Hell Angel were to appear. The thought made her feel quite humorous. Though, as they left the mad man behind, she found herself sliding into her normal state of depression. It was a hidden declination, but real none the less. It commonly came about just before she was sent on a mission, but she highly doubted that that was the case. She had just taken a soul home just a little while ago, and it was rare that one would be asked of her again so soon. So she really didn't know why she was feeling that way. Siasha had every reason to be happy! She had met Aeron, and a little bit of humor had been dumped into her evening -- but she wasn't. That thought made it worse. Despite all of these negative feelings, she kept her calm and slightly happy-looking fascade. The last thing she wanted was for Aeron to think she was unhappy, simply because she shouldn't have been.

Aeron looked at the man with a slightly annoyed expression. He didn't have a bird's face. But he kept his reply to himself, wanting the man just to leave. But when he began to run, Aeron's face turned to one of disbelief. The man ran so quickly, even with that large lion. How had he killed that thing anyway? It was huge and the man didn't seem to have any weapons. The thought disturbed him of how the thing ended up dead but he shook the thought away as the man shot in the direction of the city, leaving a strong wind behind. The Hell Angel's hair blew on his head and then settled into place once again as Aeron turned his back to the city. He felt Siasha move closer and smiled a little bit.
Though they had just met, Aeron felt much closer to her. They had gone through the same thing such a long time ago and had become the same thing. A thought ran through him, blood chilling slightly. Had she known him before in the Heavens? His memory from that time was so blurred that he could only remember some angels he had known before. And his appearence had changed quite a bit. His skin had paled and his hair and wings colors had changed. Aeron even now had posion-colored eyes. But had Siasha's appearence changed? Her wings had but did anything else? He shook this thought away as well, deciding that the past should stay in the past. What mattered was the Hell Angel beside him. The silver grasses around them stirred in some slight breezes, dancing in the moon's light.

The silence hung in the air between them, but it was surprisingly comfortable. There was a soft breeze that sent the grasses blowing, creating a sound similar to the waves washing up on the beach -- the way the moon shined on them suggested this as well. Her pink tinted eyes ran over the scenery as the pair walked, still slightly bewildered by the silver that her vision was taken with. It was remarkable, and didn't make sense in science that the grass would be metallic. But, then again, it didn't seem like anything in Xisin made sense. Her own existence didn't...heck, even the existence of her God didn't. She knew very well that there were skeptics out there, people that didn't believe in the spiritual world. Siasha was one of the few lucky people that did not have to wonder -- because she knew. She had been there and back, even if she didn't have the wings to proove it. And now, she even had the reassuring thought that her God had not abandoned her. She had waited centuries for it, but at last she had met Aeron -- all apart of Gods grand plan she supposed. Suddenly, the silence became overwhelming. "Soo...What now?" she asked, breaking the silence as she turned her head to look at him once more. She wondered what they would do now, and how long they would stay together. Siasha wished for forever, as the thought of being alone again put a crushing weight on her chest. Her eyes wandered to the horizon as trees put a thin, black line above it. They were nearing the edges of Silver Flats, even though neither of them had any clue as to where they were going. But, at this point, Siasha would walk forever.

As Siasha spoke, Aeron wondered what was going to happen next. The day had been so strange so far. First meeting a fellow Hell Angel and then meeting such a strange human. His God hadn't really abandoned. Perhaps one day Aeron and Siasha would even be welcomed back to the Heavens. But in the meantime, what did they have in store for them? An idea came to Aeron and his small smile grew a bit larger. Something that Siasha wound love. He slipped his arm from her waist and moved in front of her. His eyes met her hers and he smiled even more. She would love this. His scarlet wings unfolded and grew to their full length behind him. "How about you fly again?" Aeron said, gicing her a sweet smile. Aeron could take flight and hold Siasha, as if she was flying. He knew that she hadn't touched the sky in a long time. Earlier she had stood on a branch, as if imagining how it would be to fly once again. Aeron felt the urge to always make Siasha smile suddenly. He really liked her smile.

Siasha stopped walking as Aeron moved away from her, and for a second she thought where is he going?. But, he wasn't going far, but instead right in front of her. Her eyes didn't waver from his face as he opened his wings to their full size, and she had to think about what he said. When her brain finally processed the information, it felt like her breath had been swept right out of her lungs. She felt so giddy with excitement that she started quivering and a large smile had come to her face. Centuries had passed since she had been in the air, and it was like a dream come true. Flying, when she was able, had no doubt been her favorite activity. It was a sensation that could not be compared, and she missed it dearly. "That would be wonderful." she whispered. She was finding it hard to believe, and completely expecting him to be like just kidding in any second. Siasha couoldn't help but let her wings flare, but was trying desperately to control her excited behavior. Had she been a puppy, her tail would have been wagging a mile-a-minute.

Aeron noticed how excited Sasha got and became giddy as well. He could give her something that she hadn't had in such a long time. His smile matched hers and he moved behind her, arms wrapping around her waist so he could lift her into the air. His wings flexed for a moment before beating up and down for a moment. Then the Hell Angels were inches and then feet from the ground. The take off happened quickly and Aeron made sure not to touch her wings. It wasn't long before they were in the air and he could feel the air thinning slightly. Silver light washed over them as the grass danced below them. Air rushed through his hair and feathers as they continued to rise until they were far enough from the ground. The Hell Angel turned their bodies horizontally and held Siasha's body carefully, letting her wings have enough room. Wing rushed past them as they flew over Silver Flats. Flying was one of Aeron's favorite things to do. The sound of the wind in your ears, being able to touch the sky. So much about it was enjoyable that he couldn't even decide what was his favorite thing about it. And now he could share the experience with Siasha. She probably hadn't flew in years, maybe centuries by the way she had answered. Some black birds flew by them, probably bewildered by such large things in the air. From Aeron had seen of birds while flying, they usually weren't used to Angels or other flying creatures that appeared to be human for the most part. On the Hell Angel's face was a smile that just couldn't be erased.

Siasha could hardly contain her excitement, but had managed to stop quivering with it. She felt Aeron's arms around her waist, and soon after the ground dropped from beneath her. Closing her eyes, she didn't open them again until the pair was turned parallel to the ground. The ground was far below, and she could now see slightly beyond just the silver grasses of Silver Flats. Her wings were now open, and she could feel the wind rushing between her feathers -- the few that she still happened to have. Her hair whipped out across her face, and.... she was flying. If it wasn't for the wind against her face, she probably would have started crying again. A soft bird call came from her right, and she turned to see a couple flying, feathered mammals. Smiling softly, she reached out and brushed her finger against one of them. It called out again and shook its head before tilting its wings so that it went above them and away. Extreme happiness had lit up her entire face, and she didn't hide it at all. Towards what she felt my be the end of this magnificent treat, she felt the urge to do something quite daring. Aeron's grip was tight around her, but had loosened because of her wings. Suddenly pulling them in, she pinned them against her back and carefully turned in his grip so that she was staring up at him. Wrapping her arms around his neck, she moved so that her mouth was near his ear, "Thank you," she whispered. Loosening her grip slightly, she kissed him lightly on the cheek.

Aeron smiled as Siasha reached out to the birds. She seemed so happy to be able to be in the air again that his heart swelled. The bird flew away, calling out to its pack as they turned direction. Aeron's smile became bigger as he thought of how it must feel to fly again after so long. Her small wings lacked most of their feathers but maybe one day they could grow back. Aeron felt his arms growing slightly tired from the day and holding Siasha but he continued to fly, wanting for her to be able to touch the sky for a little longer. When she tucked her wings in, the Hell Angel wondered what she was doing. He blushed slightly when she kissed his cheek but also smiled down at her. "There isn't any reason to thank me. You deserve to fly again." Aeron said with a smile as he turned their bodies vertically once more and began to land, holding Siasha's body close to his so she wouldn't fall from his grasp. "And I'll take you flying whenever you want. It's a promise." Aeron said as their feet touched the ground. Because Aeron wanted to be by Siasha's side so that he wouldn't be alone anymore. They weren't by the tree anymore but now closer to a town.

Siasha gave him a small smile in return, feeling him hug her just a little closer as he began the decent back towards the ground. Her cold face slowly began to regain a little warmth as they got closer and closer to the ground, and turned a little red because of it. Soon, the wind died down and her feet were back on the ground again. "I'll be sure to take you up on that promise someday." she said in a laughing tone. She would probably wait some time before she wanted to go up again, as she always wanted to get this excited and not ever really get used to it. Waiting just a moment, she removed her arms from around his neck. Her legs felt liquidy under her, and she stumble once before regaining her balance. It had been so long since she had been in the sky, that everything even seemed to spin for a moment. Blinking her eyes a few times, she eventually willed this feeling away. The excitement in her was dying away, though she knew that she would never forget this night. Putting a hand to her mouth, she couldn't bite back the yawn that came next. It had no doubt been a long night, even if she didnt want it to end.

Aeron smiled, wondering what it must have been like to fly for once in centuries. It must have been magical. He chuckled quietly when she spoke. He was glad she said that because it meant she wanted to stay with as well. It meant that they would be together for quite some time too. Though he wouldn't admit it to anyone, just being with another person made him feel much happier. He hadn't ever really made friends after becoming a Hell Angel. Most people had stayed away from him and when they did approach him, Aeron just couldn't connect with them. But now he had someone that would live as long as him and they understood each other. As Siasha yawned, the Hell Angel smiled down at her. It would probably be best to go into the town to rest instead out in the silver grasses. Though lions weren't near here, that didn't mean they weren't wolves or the like. It had been a long night already and Aeron found himself having to stop a small yawn himself. But then again, the silver grasses were silent tonight, as if the land itself had fear of the Hell Angels. And if anyone or anything tried to sneak up on them, he could easily stop them. "Why don't we rest?" Aeron asked, smiling. Even if the night had to end, they had tomarrow and the next day and more. This wasn't a goodbye, simply a meeting. And even when souls called to them they could always meet back up afterwards.

I clenched my hand around some dirt at my side and squeezed before I started to knead it with my hands. I was sat on my own, in the middle of the Silver Flats, with a small fire to the right of me. I let my body relax, and the reach of my magic vision dramatically decreased as I did, though, I didn't allow it to decline too much, just to be on the safe side. I spread my wings out a little and then folded them back neatly behind me as I sat in silence and just listened to the world around me. I could hear the sound of the crackling fire next to me the most, but mixed in, was the sound of crickets chirping in the small grass, as the wind lightly blew it. It was so peaceful, almost too peaceful, and dreadfully lonely. Though, I had become used to it now. This is the way I had spent nearly all of my nights here on the mortal world, alone. I highly doubted that there would be anyone on the flats tonight, let alone near me, and tomorrow I would be in Yamanash. Maybe. I sighed to myself. I never really made any plans, I just sort of, walked, waiting to help anyone in need. Or maybe even find another angel such as myself. It's kind of funny, and sad, that although I had been here such a long time already now, I had never met another angel. Only those that lived on this world normally. Elves, Vampires, Humans, Fairies, Dragons, Pixies, Kitsunes, all sorts of things, even a few Demons, but never, a fellow angel.

Siasha grinned and took Aeron's hand in hers. "Sounds like a good idea to me." she replied, squeezing his hand once before letting it go. There was no where around here to rest their heads, so she started walking -- confident in the fact that Aeron would be close behind her. It was a good feeling, to know that no matter where she went there was someone right there beside her -- someone she could depend on. A soft, bronze glow caught her eye, standing out extremely well against the silver of the surrounding grass. "Is that a fire?" she muttered, though the question was more to herself than Aeron. She walked a few steps further and stood on her toes, as if it would help her get a better look. Siasha couldn't see the black figure sitting by the flames from here, and it indeed only seemed to be a random flame -- which could have been dangerous out here among all the foliage. "Do you think we should go check it out?" she said, this question actually directed towards her company rather than herself. She didn't feel exactly comfortable with a fire left unattended out here, but maybe Aeron could see something that she didn't? He was, after all, quite a bit taller than herself.

Aeron walked behind Siasha, wondering why he deserved such a person to find. All he did was kill and escort souls, yet someone had actually been able to come into his life. Sure, he had met a few people that dared talk to the Hell Angel. It wasn't like he had a mean or evil aura, it was simply his appearence. Blood colored hair and wings along with pale skin and posionous green eyes? It was rare to actually make a human friend, rarer to keep one. Human's lifes were like a few days to Aeron in the long run. They died so easily and so quickly, Aeron had stopped befriending them. How was he to explain why he hadn't aged a day in twenty years? In thirty years? It was too much grief when they died and the Hell Angel didn't want to be the one to escort his friends' souls to either of the Gates. So after a century or two, he had given up on human friends. A golden flick was in the distance and as they got closer, Aeron could see a person's outline. Someone out in Silver Flats at this time of night? The Hell Angel nodded at Siasha, wanting to have an easy place to sleep. But he was also very curious as to who would be here at such an hour. Though the fire's light was strong, all he could tell from this distance was it was only one person. Even stranger to be out so late alone. Aeron grabbed Siasha's hand and began to walk toward the fire again, simling slightly.
